Wait. Weight gain doesn’t take place every single day, hell even sometimes not every week. Striving to gain weight on an almost daily basis will just leave you fat at the end of the bulking phase.

I’d never want to eat meat and yoghurt relatively close to each other. Very much upsets my stomach if I do so.

You can run for aslong as you wish providing you have regular blood work and they are good. Obviously as your in your early days i would recommend full pct after 3 to 4 months max. Don’t eat until your in pain, this will only stress your body and as a result reduce recovery. All steroids do is allow you to recover quicker meaning you can train harder and more frequent. So the key to gains is time, be patient, train hard and eat enough good calories that digest well. Rest is also key, ensure your getting enough sleep and recovery between sessions.
Ryan, about your first sentence ….. I’m not 10 weeks deep into a tren e/ test e cycle and bloods are still spot on. However, gains are starting to slow down a bit. Assuming bloods stay good, Would you upp the dosages/ switch compounds to keep the gains going (a 20 week-cycle would be nice lol). Or would you come off earlier (cruising after this cycle) and “reset sensitivity”? Not sure what to think about this whole “resetting” if it’s a thing or not…

so 1ml test E is that 300mg or 400mg? and 1ml deca, 200mg? are you taking aromasin? at that dose your bloods are unlikely to be hit hard, still worth checking after 10 to 12 weeks. I prefer longer steady courses as opposed short and hard. I would say you could increase to 2ml deca, ideally NPP. In terms of resetting that just means coming down until blood work is clean, your body will not get used to anabolics as in they will stop working, so when guys cruise, usually on 250mg test only a week or trt 150mg a week its just for health. Obviously if you don’t come off completely you need to think about your sperm count as one day you may want it.[/quote]
Hey man. think you’re confusing my message with someone elses. Would it be possible to read it again and give me some advice on the upcoming weeks of the cycle (taking into count bloods are still fine) ? Hilly adviced me to stop the tren e and just switch to NPP for the rest of the cycle. However, I am open to hear different peoples opinions (and reasoning) ofc!
Current cycle (week 1-10 so now): 250mg tren e, 350-400mg test e, 1mg adex eod

Hilly, quick question: how should I make the switch from tren e (250mg) to NPP? I mean, my latest tren shot was on Thursday, so obviously there still tren in my blood for quite some time… Is this a problem, or can I immediately start with NPP today? Also, do you think there are benefits to combining them both at a low dose, or best to take just one? (again, progress has slowed down, and the goal is to keep growing on this cycle).

Allright man, so just not worry about the tren e and switch. Been running the test/ tren e for 10 weeks now and bloods are perfect. Goal is to spark new growth by switching to NPP, which seemms to have slowed down. Some on the forum say it’s best to jump straight into a cruise (no pct for me) now after the past 10 weeks, to make the body more sensitive again etc. What would you do in my scenario? Prolong the cycle as long as we can since bloods are still fine, with the Npp? In which case would you stop the cycle ?
Still fairly confused and unexperienced about how to approach all of this so happy to hear what you have to say about it!

okay okay. but 1 question. why not cruise. chill a little. because progress already slowing down. doesnt matter that its just 10 weeks. dont add compounds. stay on this one. maybe yes upp the test and go for another 4 weeks. but then go off. take some rest. en blast again and make some sick progress again. i think that would give more benifit on a longer period of time.
Thanks man. well, actually it has to do with my lifestyle. I’m still in my final year of college, meaning that there’s still plenty of time to train etc now in the beginning of the year, hence why I wanted to push the cycle as long as I can to then cruise during my exam periods/ christmas etc.
yeh, you’re right. since it’s my 3rd cycle, it’s maybe overcomplicating things by switching to another compound such as npp. Will save it for future blast. Yes, I’ll give it another push for 4 weeks. Upping the test slightly and maybe adding 100mg tren ace or completely switching over to it so it’s faster out of my blood at the end of it.

wouldnt do 2 nor 19’s. not needed. 20 weeks of tren tho is alot. if progress is slowing down. go on cruise.no need to keep pushing drugs if progress isnt the same anymore. i would cruise. then get back on and progress again. btw again. 20 weeks of tren thats pretty long.
Thanks for commenting bro. The thing is just, my bloods are still perfectly fine, hence why I think it would be sad to cut the cycle short already after 10 weeks. That’s why I was thinking about making some changes (something I haven’t done yet on the cycle) to spark some new growth.
2 19 nors is indeed maybe not the most ideal combination, however, if confuses me some people absolutely like and say there’s no problem with it.
At the moment I upped my test slightly to 450mg/ week. Thinking about making the switch from tren e to NPP. However, I’m not sure how to exactly do this or if this is a problem since there’s ofc still tren in my blood for some time which would then be clearing out.

Firstly, I would never train 5/6 days in a row. If your training at max output I really don’t think recovery would allow you continue at full power for that many sessions on the bounce. Unless your doing a bro split. I imagine you’ll be good to go after 1 day off, but if you need 2, see how you feel and then take it if needed. Best way to avoid needing 2, of to just take 1 every 2-3 sessions max on the bounce. Personally I never do more than 2 without then taking a rest day.
Would being on a cycle not change that? I mean, since we have anabolics in the system, recovery is obviously increased a lot… how do you approach this?

This cycle is serious overkill imo. So much can be done with way less.

I count all calories because energy balance but macros from direct sources only
that’s the way to go imo.

Certainly not as easy as bulking with EQ or deca but not impossible. Digestion is a little more sensitive, so I dropped carbs to 650 for 2 weeks. I’ll bump back up to 800/850 and go for 6 weeks then repeat. Having never used tren like this before I would say if you can handle slight lethargy and perhaps already have an above average appetite then give tren a go. Otherwise EQ is my favourite, deca can go to heck.
Same here man. first lean bulk cycle with 250mg tren (and test ofc) and absolutely loving it. 10 weeks in atm and bloods still perfectly fine.
What are your dosages looking like and how many weeks do you plan on running the tren during this bulking phase?
