    I tend not to go more than 10 hours without eating, so just through the night.

    Ryan, out of curiosity: how late do you consume your first and last meal? And how much time before bed is that last meal consumed?

    Currently eating eating oats, whey and cottage cheese as my pre-bed meal which also my post-post workout meal. however, the thing is that my pre-workout meal and post-workout meal also contain whey already.

    Would you say this is overkill/ not ideal?

    20 weeks on tren is a little daft IMO for one common sense as we know it’s a harsh drug n two it’s always better to change things up.

    A 20 week cycle I have no issues with but 20 weeks of tren I do

    Thanks man, yes agree here. The thing is: I know my bloods remain incredibly good even when on cycle. So really wanted to last this cycle as long as possible. I can order everything I want, but at home I currently also have NPP. Could I do something with this? If yes, how would you change the current cycle from 250mg tren e and 350mg test e then? Or just up the test (gyno sensitive though…) as you said and drop the tren after 16 weeks or so?

    I wound up test to 5-600mg

    Thanks man. Did blood test 1 week ago and all literally all health markers are fine. If it stays like that, would it be stupid to make this test + tren cycle like a 20 week-cycle or so? Planning on cruising again after, no PCT for me.

    for prep I find keeping aromatising drugs lower works better for myself and a lot of my clients.

    This year I trialed higher test and I found I didn’t loose fat as quickly as last year when lower test higher tren.

    Hilly, I’m currently 10 weeks deep into a lean bulk cycle: 250mg tren e and 350mg test e since the beginning with 1mg adex eod. This is my 3rd cycle. However, Lately, I feel like the cycle needs some change in order to keep the gains going…

    What would you recommend me to up; the tren or the test (and how much? Or both? I do have to say I don’t have a difficult time at all with the sides from tren.

    My experience with modafinil is, if you are at a stressful time in your life with day to day life it will amplify the feeling of stress you have, and everything will feel worse, if you are free from stress and any negative situations or feelings then it’s great and it works wonders. But that’s just me

    do blood test. if prolactin is high: 2x half a tab a week to start with I’d say. if not, no need for it.

    depends on how u feel doing in 1 dose, if u start getting any shakes or sides then split. i like to do half at wake then do fasted cardio then hr or so later when at work n start feeling bit drained do the other half washed down with a strong coffee n that gives a good pick up.

    interesting comment man… so you saying that clen functions as something to keep you more awake/ focussed too, just as caffeine does?

    Super low prolactin may effect fertility but its nit well understood in humans.

    Low prolactin is going to have a knock effect on dopamine metabolism so it would be wise to keep it in range rather than bottoming it out

    “an effect on dopamine metabolism”. Would that mean possible feelings op depression come up then? Any other things this “dopamine metabolism affects?

    My second question if you could advice me what to do with the arimidex, based on our messages above …

    So tren can skew results of estro definitely, however as you are getting slight gyno and its obv not prolactin I would bump adex up to 0.5mg ED, I find this works better for some reason than an EOD approach.

    I would also reduce the caber, id be tempted to remove it as it seems you don’t need it.

    not 100% sure on the globulin what does your research say?

    Thanks Hilly. Well yeh, prolactin is completely down so I think it’s maybe best to drop the caber completely? Was now taking half a tab 2 times a week or so.

    Have you personally found out of experience there are negative to having super low/ no prolactin production? Or should I be fine?
