    Was doing 200mg a day when I was sitting my exams. Combined with some caffeine I could sit and study for hours and time would disappear. Killed my appetite though.

    I came off it and felt awful for a couple of weeks, constant headaches and nausea.

    Can imagine man, def when paired with caffeine holy. How long did you take it btw before “coming off” as you said?

    I’d say fish. Have you tried whey isolate with your oats ?

    Hey man. yeh, I always put some whey too in it. Protein content comes down to 50g per each of these meals combined with the fish/ chicken I eat with the oats. I just try to not get all the protein from whey in these meals since I already have lots of whey post-workout too. I’d say I have 100g of protein powder a day.

    agreed with Clare.. It’s anxiously actice during the fasted time and likely to still have beneficial effects.. perhaps not as potent as when in conjunction with CV but never the less still of benefit i imagine

    Would you say the same goes for clenbuterol too; taking it in a fasted state? Or doesn’t it really matter if you take it with meals since the half-life (and thus time active) is that long?

    Thanks. Yeh, I know the gyno I currently have won’t go away by taking tamoxifen. However, the reason why I started taking it since the start of my tren cycle is to prevent getting tren-related gyno, since it binds to the progesterone receptor.

    Are there any real downsides to taking tamoxifen on a daily for a long period of time? Or should I be fine?
    Maybe @drdeanstmart can give me some advice too?

    Thats exactly what I do. If my day is “finished” this means every spot in my calender is done positive, I start to chill out.

    Sometimes reading, sometimes watching TV, sometimes playing games and I chill into the night until I go to bed.

    Sleep is very deep, I love this so much

    Sounds like you really have a good experience with it man. Have you personally used another type of cannabis in the morning too, to increase energy during the day etc?

    Cannabis and energy is more a myth for me. Cannabis interacts with your behaviours in my opinion, when I‘m blazed, I like to chill and relax. Decisions may change to the bad. I dont need this during the day.

    Even on pure sativa I‘m not energy driven. I know some strains that make you wanna move and workout, but you’ll never act normal as you would do without. I dont want to be on drugs all day, I would consider this as an addiction. Work needs my full attention, so I have no problem to stay clean all day until 22pm, but I‘ll smoke before bed. Lot of people will say addiction, yes maybe, but I had never a problem without. Eg. vacation. 2 weeks cleanout absolutely no problem…

    But thats me, know a lot of guys who are on all day 24h. But Thats abuse for me, not using weed.

    vaping is definitely the best way to enjoy thc. Have fun mate, dont overdue it the first time. slow and steady, put on some good music you relax to, take place on your couch and start thinking about everything what seems interesting. Some guys get creative and start to paint some pictures ????

    Thanks mate. Looking forward to the experience and will definitely follow your tips too. Hopefully, it helps me sleep on some nights too, since I’m starting to have some difficulties with it due to being on tren.

    About “how much to vape”: what would you say is a good amount? Is it measured in the number of times you inhale?

    If u don’t smoke atall it won’t matter what type it is. Energetic is the last thing you would feel lol I think by sounds of it you don’t know how to get it and you don’t really understand it so it’s probably best to leave it alone bro. Dunno the laws in your country but googling how to buy weed doesn’t sound like the cleverest thing my man
