I ran a weekly 36 hour fast (from sat evening to Monday morning) for a couple of months. Felt great and got lean effortlessly, but I wasn’t training very seriously or hard yet found myself overreaching really quickly.
How many calories do you eat on a normal training day? also, how do you deal with the hunger during a day and a half of fasting? cheers!

Using SIS labs. Has always been spot on. Both injectables and orals.

If you haven’t smoked it before all it’s gunna do is knock you out or make you eat loads of shit or both so unless it’s a cheat day I’d leave it alone lol. If you asking from a point of view of some one who smokes it already then jsut control it leave it till the evenings and it can be very beneficial just don’t let it control you and turn you lazy
Thats exactly what I do. If my day is “finished” this means every spot in my calender is done positive, I start to chill out.
Sometimes reading, sometimes watching TV, sometimes playing games and I chill into the night until I go to bed.
Sleep is very deep, I love this so muchI sound like an addicted ^^
Sounds like you really have a good experience with it man. Have you personally used another type of cannabis in the morning too, to increase energy during the day etc?

Been looking into cannabis a bit the past few days. Would want to give it a try, never used before.
But it’s correct not all cannabis gives you a purely relaxing effect right? Heard there are also types which are best taken in the morning since they stimulate energy, work productivity etc (something to do with the sativa/ indica ratio or so). Would be more interested in this side of it! Someone experience with it?

hilly, i posted a similar question some time ago & according to dr dean it’s not a guaranttee you wont get gyno from tren because of prolactin/ estrogen. they might be in range & you still get gyno because of progestrin or something. thats why im taking tamox all throughout the cycle to prevent this from happening

I’m on tren e and have been taking 20mg tamoxifen since week 2. Planning to keep taking it throughout the whole cycle.

because it’s still clearing your system. that’s why you dont have issues yet, which can start at any moment. if you’re 100% sure your stuff was real, then yes, start PCT asap. no time to waste.
test your levels , if theyre fine theres no point in doing a pct. after 5 weeks test e will well and truely be cleared from your system. no point pcting if you dont need it[/quote]
he doesnt mention that he did a blood test. only talks about libido based on feeling. anyone replacing his natural test with injections will have shutdown himself meaning there s a need to recover after. atleast – again – assuming his test was real.

you probably just replaced what you allready naturally had. meaning you’ve shut yourself down for nothing. Yes, you’ll need a pct because (if your stuff was real), you did fuck up your natural test production although you didn’t make extra progress on the cycle (again, due to just replacing it). So yes, pct is a must.

yes, im blasting and cruising too & not looking to recover my natural test after this cycle. will drop into my 2nd cruise. accepted I will probably be on trt for the rest of my life, since i already had very low test levels right before starting steroids. not going into details now, but lets say the quality of my life improved immensily. im 21 btw. anyways…does this change something now?

Of course I log that … Also, no idea why you assume I’m not training and eating properly. I don’t compete since I find I’m not where I want to be muscle-wise, but I’m very serious about this sport. I follow a diet plan (which puts me in a slight caloric surplus), track sleep and of course performance in the gym, based on a structured program.
This is my 3rd cycle now. My first one was test and dbol, the second one was test and Anadrol, now it’s test and tren. Never went over 400mg test week. Orals were always kept to an absolute minimum.
It speaks for itself I want to get as much as I can out of my cycle. I see many guys on the forum here run cycles and increase the dosage every month or so to keep gaining at the highest rate possible. I’ve no experience with this since I kept dosages the same during my first and second cycle. However, this meant I hit a plateau after a few weeks.
That’s the only reason why I decided to ask for some help here. Not because I “didn’t do my homework”, just because I don’t have experience with this approach and because I also don’t have experience with optimal test/ tren ratios for growth …
On a side note: I do agree on upping tren after week 4 would be stupid. Hope someone can give me some advice on how to approach the ratio’s now and in the upcoming weeks, if it currently looks good or not and IF I would up now or during future cycles, I should up the test first or the tren first.

I love it! Try putting a few spoons of it into hot oatmeal (+ sweetener and salt). Makes all the difference!

Hi bro. Yes, ofc. Lifts are progressing and food goes up each week too with 150 cals or so. Activity (steps) is rather high too.
What do you mean with “keep them both the same”? Does this refer to when upping the dosage, I should up both?
