    Hi, I personally weigh all my protein out cooked weight. I’m not sure of the exact science but I would personally say 100g Cooked Chicken would be 20g as there’s not really any water in the chicken after it’s been cooked. That could just be me though and that’s how I’ve done things for years with all my protein sources!

    If water gets lost as you mention above, that means the protein content per 100g goes up. Not down as you seem to think with only 20g protein per 100g cooked chicken.

    Thanks all for responding. The thing is: it’s the first time running a real tren cycle (goal is to lean bulk) so I don’t really know what to expect from it. For example, is it possible that my weight stays around the same, even though I’m eating in a surplus?! I know tren can help speed up fat loss but not a fat burner (fat loss isn’t the goal now), but don’t know if I should see an increase on the scale or not. Would a 2lbb increase in body weight per week be possible muscle wise as you said?

    Also, what’s you guys experience with tren in a bulking phase? I’m hoping for it to shine in terms of nutrient partitioning. Taking 200mg/ week to prevent sides. Also taking 300mg test e/ week, which I hope is enough (3rd cycle)?

    imo npp first and see if you even need the tren. i personally wouldn’t bulk on tren.

    Thanks brother. Yeh, mixed opinions on this. But it seems like many people had an awesome time using tren in a gaining phase. Guess I’ll just have to find it out. Reason why I wanted to start with NPP before switching to tren is that I want this cycle to last as long as possible and I’m afraid to plateau too soon when immediately starting with the strongest compound. Does this make sense? Also, my tren dosage will be very reasonable: 200mg/ week, to limit the sides. Test will be at 450 (3rd cycle).

    I personally have had my best off season with test/tren Ace/npp/mast prop

    Using lower doses of tren and npp instead of using 1 at a higher does. Blood work was on point mid cycle and still on point at the end of the cycle. It all depends on how your body reacts to certain compounds.

    If tren doesn’t give you any bad sides like digestion issues, sleep etc it’s great for off season. Monitor side affects and bloods closely and if anything is off drop the tren.

    But you seem relatively new to AAS bud so imo I would just stick to test/npp. Good diet and intense training that will see you off v well

    Thanks for your comment man. Yeh, was worried about combining them in terms of my gyno. Based on one month tren ace, I think I can say there aren’t really bad sides for me. Reason I wanted to start with the NPP and then swith to tren e is the following: I want this cycle to be as long as possible and had the fear that if I would immediately start with tren E, I would plateau too soon. However, I don’t know if that would be the case, since I’m planning to use only 200mg tren e/ week, to keep sides at a minimum. This is already my 3rd cycle btw.

    How much tren did you use in order to gain mass, positive experience with it? How many weeks would be sensible to run it you think? Cheers man.

    I’ve never had sleep problems with nandrolone. Why have you pre-decided to discontinue the npp after 7 weeks, replace it with tren? Is there a goal in mind or is this just a generally gaining phase/ offseason setting?

    Allright, great to hear man. Uhm, so yes, the goal is to lean bulk for the upcoming months. Never used NPP/ deca before, did use tren ace already for one month. Saw a video online from Greg Doucette explaining how he would bulk with trenbolone. This is what he recommended in the vid: start off with NPP (or deca) and then switch to 8 weeks of tren. Seemed like a good idea: in this way I get to know both NPP and tren e. On top of that, I (theoretically) think it would allow me to have a longer cycle compared to when I would use tren from the beginning since it’s the strongest of all and pretty harsh. Dose of tren will be around 200 mg.

    But in terms of the “goal” of this cycle, it doesn’t change.
    Do you personally have experience with tren e for bulking? Ran tren ace only for 1 month during a mini-cut, but loved it!

    John, same here, don’t really see a question. However, when looking at your diet I would switch some things up. 6 protein shakes a day lol?

    You’re scared because of needles because you don’t have experience with it. The unknown makes you afraid since you don’t realize it’s actually not that bad. Giving up the quality of your (future) life because of “I’m afraid of needles”, would be stupid imo…

    Just go for it.

    @drdeanstmart , great post, thanks. So looking at your cycle, is it right I can say you’re a fan of tapering up your dosages during a cycle? Instead of starting and ending a cycle at the same dosage? What are the benefits you’ve found from doing so? Thanks man.
