I’m taking 50mg alongside some caffeine and find this ample tbh, 200has me wired for a long time
There’s the tolerance but also choline depletion to look at, the headaches are excruciating if you spend too much time on.
If I took 200mg at 10am I defo wouldn’t be sleeping by midnight.
With regards to dosing, I don’t see why you would need or want to do eod dosing, use it when you need it.
You wouldn’t use a pre workout and no my train, use the mods on the days when you need the focus most, that might be one day per week that might be 3 days in a row one week or for a solid week leading up to an exam etc, don’t just go with an arbitrary dosing regimen and use it constantly on and off.Obviously your situation will be entirely dependent but that’s just my thoughts on it, pre nutrition exams I was running modafinil, cerebrolysin and semax nasal spray.
I was megadosing various vitamins and fish oils also.
I managed to get a distinction so I’ve no regrets doing it but the week following I was a shell of my former self I was so worn down.
You can only operate above your normal levels for so long before something bites back, hence my concern with regular dosing.Thanks for your wise reply man. As I said, I took 200mg and it was definitely too much for me. My question about the 50mg dosage: ofcourse, it won’t be active as long (sooner out of your system), but in terms of the hours it “works” can I expect it to give me the same amount of mental focus as I would have on a higher dosage, just for a shorter duration?

I believe the effect is relatively constant for a number of hours although you are initially more aware of it.
It’s kind of like having a double espresso and you wait 5 minutes then click, the head gets in the right place and off you go, just make sure you have a to do list otherwise you can get focused on the wrong stuff and go down some deep rabbit holes.
Yes, definitely a tolerance, that aside with the choline depletion I wouldn’t be using it daily, the headaches and mental reliance of constantly feeling on leaves you feeling really rough when you do take a day off.
A small amount on the days when you have a lot to get done a couple of times per week is how I prefer to use itHi stephen. Started taking the modafinil this week and I have a few simple questions:
– In terms of building up a tollerance (which I want to avoid): would taking it eod prevent this (taking it for 5 weeks)
– About the dosage: is 200mg fine?
– about timing: I took 200mg at 10 AM. Plan on going to sleep at midnight. Should I wake up even earlier, or won’t there be a problem when it comes to sleep 14 hours later?thanks a lot!

I took 200mg every week day first thing in the morning when doing my engineering thesis.
Amazing drug for focus.Same here brother, tried it this week for the first time for study purposes too. Can you tell me something more about your experience with it (dosage of modafinil, time of taking it, time of going to sleep, feeling during the day etc.) Would be happy to hear!

Make sure it has low totox and comes in a glass amber bottle.
It should also have no smell.
What has the smell to do with it?

What you cruising on buddy? during a cruise period or TRT period generally i will taper my training down to match my recovery capabilities, food wise i may lower protein slightly from say 50 to 60g to 30 to 40g. You could keep cals high and if you feel like your getting a little too fluffy bring them down slightly or alternately pick up your activity levels.
Hey man. So, this is my first cruise ever (did 2 cycles before). Cruising on 200mg test e for 6 weeks. Specific advice for me? I’m 21 years old btw and weighing 70kg (pretty lean) atm.
okay so your test will be just over the average levels at that dose, (TRT is around 150mg = 30mmol). I would get bloods done at the end of 6 weeks. You could keep cals the same and increase activity a little initially then adjust as you go. Take pictures weekly to assess condition. Adjust cals from there to match your goals. You should still be able to get results even at 200mg but recovery will not be as good so adjust training accordingly.

allright man, thanks. curious how this first cruise will go, since pct was absolutely hell for me & I never really fully recovered from it. about the cals: so bring them back to above maintenance or better to just stay at maintenance? goal is to add lean muscle mass, but ofc not much can be done in 6 weeks. with anabolics everything will go much faster of course. About increasing activity: you’re talking about weighttraining or about cardio? jup. will def do bloods after 6 weeks. will know what my test levels are then & if im ready to go health wise. the latter shouldn’t be a problem since All health markers will even in check while I was on the blast.

Yer PCT can be tough. Cals wise you will want a little surplus for growth, so yer above maintenance, don’t go on charts for cals, so many variables can change BMR, so push cals and track via weight and pics. In theory my maintenance should be 4500 but i eat nowhere near that and again i know smaller guys that need 5,000 cals a day. I would push above what you think your maintenance is and track. If you get too fluffy you can adjust, then when you blast you can push cals further. Activity i mean steps, so movement day to day, cardio etc.[/quote]Wise comment brother, really learning a lot before going into my first cruise. Thanks. One last question for now: what about injection frequency of the 200mg/ test. During my blast I pinned test e twice a week. Is one shot a week of 200mg test e fine now? Would it make a noticeable difference compared to pinning twice? the thing is: I feel like I waste so much liquid which stays in the needle after injecting, especially when only injection so much.

I wouldn’t sorry about specific timing with such compound.. test suspension yes as there is no ester but long acting drugs.. no worries
