    Yes indeed man, true about the carbs. Big carb meal before bed too. Yesterday and today carbs are around 400g, but they actually have never been really low during the cut.

    I do have a workout (and some cardio) left tonight though! Would you recommend to keep the water in and stay 100% hydrated till the shoot?

    I believe the effect is relatively constant for a number of hours although you are initially more aware of it.

    It’s kind of like having a double espresso and you wait 5 minutes then click, the head gets in the right place and off you go, just make sure you have a to do list otherwise you can get focused on the wrong stuff and go down some deep rabbit holes.

    Yes, definitely a tolerance, that aside with the choline depletion I wouldn’t be using it daily, the headaches and mental reliance of constantly feeling on leaves you feeling really rough when you do take a day off.
    A small amount on the days when you have a lot to get done a couple of times per week is how I prefer to use it

    Thanks brother. Well yeh, I’m a college student, so modafinil would def help me to combine the whole bodybuilding thing together with school. ordered some yesterday and should be here by Monday. What about timing modafinil? I mean, do you have to take it immediately after waking up or…?

    Rotties – The hexahydrobenzylcarbamate ester is no more lipophilic than cypionate and very similar to phenylpropionate but has the ester moiety and saturated ring

    Also need to consider for ester clearance
    1. Genetics of PDE7B
    2. Volume adminiatered
    3. Site of administration

    The websites which list 14 days are all dodgy UGL ones if you do a quick Google search

    Hi Dean, I’m going to be honest but you lost me at “lipophilic”…… No idea what you mean by “has the ester moiety and saturated ring”

    I wanted something that was in and out quicker than Enth. But with conflicting info on Parabolin’s half life i’ll just use Ace as i know this is quick. I just wanted to avoid frequent jabbing for a while. But will jab 50mg M/W/F as a compromise.

    Highly recommend you to strictly jab every other day. M W F isn’t every other day… definitely a must when taking ace if you don’t want to be all over the place.

    Kicks in with 20-30mins but you should expect to be awake for 12hrs after

    Thanks man. Two questions: remains the effect “as strong” for several hours? Also, do you build up a tolerance to just like you would do with caffeine (which happens pretty damn fast)?

    Most will have meals when on a cut pre bed offseason opt for liquids and east digestible sources. Fish is ideal for either really

    James, what about injecting a few hours before your workout? let’s say in the legs or side delts, before a leg or shoulder workout. Always find it burns like hell than, but was wondering if I can just push through it or if it would harm.

    Yeh, it’s more like the timing I was talking about. meal at midnight, pretty close before bed. was wondering if a wholefoods meal like this should be avoided before bed, since it would be hard for the body too break it down during the night. See a lot of people having whey, liquids etc before bed.

    Organic puffed rice. Get it to n the gluten free section in supermarkets. No sugar and other crap like the branded cereals. Just nice and simple.

    add some sweetener and whey and you’re golden!

    How long does it take to “kick in” before a workout? Timing the same as caffeine or different? No experience with it at all.

    hey, i would avoid cardio on leg days to allow sufficient recovery, on other days light cardio is fine, obviously if your feeling extremely fatigued on occasion then avoid it, unless your in contest prep and it needs to be done.

    Ryan, what’s your opinion on adding 15-20 mins of stairmaster to your leg days? overkill or fine?

    Drop to cruise dose.

    Ease off then go again. This the the healthiest option n what i would do.

    If your totally obsessed with being the best bodybuilder you can be n are trying to make the most progress ever n monitoring health as best as you can but accept the risks.

    Keep pushing n switch up compounds or use just test n up the dose.

    For your cruise: do you always cruise on a true TRT dose? And can I drop the test but still keep it higher than someone who is natural? Also, when do you start “counting” your cruise if you’re on a long ester like test E? does the cruise period immediately go in after your last week of the blast on test e?
