    Thanks a lot man. I just started my second test e (+ an oral) cycle. Plan was to run for 12-14 weeks, but after reading you’re opinion here above, I’m pretty sure I’ll stretch it to 16 weeks! Otherwise, I’m losing too much time with all those pct/ recovery weeks on a yearly basis right.

    Would supplementing with 3-6 mg of melatonin 1h before bed help to fall asleep, when taking pre-workout stimulants later in the day?

    @Christoph : Was first a bit confused to read you only take 8 weeks off after such cycle. So am I right that with restoring “health markers” you don’t necessarily mean getting back your natural test back up? (I guess that would be almost impossible after a 20-30 weeks blast)

    @Christoph : surprised me you would do a cycle of atleast 20 weeks. Do you think it’s possible to recover from it just as good compared to recovery after a 12 week cycle? And how long do you take off after that 20-30 week cycle?

    I consume A LOT of artificial sweeteners every day. 3 times a day in oatmeal, yoghurt, shakes etc. Never really seen a problem of it, but am trying to cut down a bit lol…

    Yeh, I use it together with only test at the moment. So will take it on rest days too then. I take 10mg of dbol after waking up and 30mg pre-workout (4 AM). Is this OK?

    It’s to start pct sooner, as I’ve already said, since I didn’t like how test E made me feel during my first cycle at the end, when blood levels dropped slowly.

    @Hilly so if I got it right, then you mean:
    6 weeks before the end of cycle: add test prop to test e
    4 weeks before end of cycle: drop test e and run prop for 4 weeks

    am I right?

    I’m going to do a lean bulk cycle with test E, but want to end it with test prop, so I can start PCT sooner and have maximum levels of test till the end (instead of having to wait 4 weeks or so before starting PCT). My total cycle length will be 13 weeks. Do you know when I should drop the test E (450mg/ week) and switch to prop?

    didn’t say I’d use to oral to kickstart right 😉 Might use it later in cycle, just like I did on my first cycle. @christoph, the reason to end with prop is because I didn’t like ending with test e on my first cycle… blood levels slowly drop & I def felt that. however, still had to wait to start pct since the ester wasn’t 100% cleared yet. thats why I’d want to end with prop: max blood levels till the end & can start pct sooner. Can you give me some advice about in which week I should drop the test e & how/ when to dose the prop then? appreciated man.
