Allright, thanks guys. Just this: what about controlling estrogen while taking Anadrol? I know Anadrol doesn’t convert into estrogen, but I also know it still has an impact on estrogen. Forgot the exact mechanism. That’s why I heard you should take a SERM while on Anadrol, since aromasin wouldn’t help due to another working mechanism.
Which SERM do you recommend me to take? And how much of it? I know I’ll probably need to take it since estrogen control is always a bit of a problem for me.

300 mg of test for 12 weeks is fine for a first cycle. I personally took aromasin during my first cycle to combat estrogen. However, shouldn’t be taken immediatly. Only started taking it later in my cycle when I noticed some issues with estrogen. For your PCT I would include both clomid and nolvadex.

@Hilly : Thanks. With the 50mg, you mean Anadrol right? And so you’re saying I can take the anadrol for 2 months or so then (training 6 days a week)? Thought the use of an oral should be limited to 4-6 weeks…

@Stephen : specific reason for adding the oral later in the cycle? Instead of taking advantage of it while the test hasn’t fully kicked in yet? Just curious!

Def back off and pct if you ask me. 20 weeks is a LONG cycle and has shut you down pretty damn hard already.

Would first check with someone else if they have experience with the lab you used. If not, then throw that shit away. Just “upping” it would be stupid since you still don’t know what you’re putting into your body. Impossible to make effective progress that way …

Yes man, I do the same. Have lots of sweetner every day in oats, yoghurt, shakes etc. Besides some bloating, don’t really see a problem in it if not in competition prep. Makes the food a lot easier/ more enjoyable to get down.
