    thanks for your reply. about the oral: I ran dbol already on my first cycle too. so the difference would only be the test… prop would work indeed, but I’ll keep it to end my cycle with so I can maintain peak levels longer. yes, understand your way of thinking.

    for me personally I notice a HUGE difference between 300 mg test e/ week or natural. Came off cycle & there is no way I can keep up with the workouts I did before. Had to cut in short in both volume & training duration.

    thanks. I finished my one month pct 3 weeks ago. Can I do the bloodwork now already? Or would it be better to give the body a 2 extra weeks or so to stabilize?

    Yeh, I feel you. Your body will adapt after a few weeks but it is possible things get tough again at the end. With that happens, I personally switch up my meals a bit with more “liquid meals” here and there. Blender is your friend when the bulk gets hard. Sticking to easy to digest, lower-fiber foods will help too.

    I personally added dbol during my first cycle when I started noticing that the gainz were slowing down. worked well, def gained some extra muscle during the 4 weeks of dbol. It’s true you hold a lot of water, but don’t forget about the strength/ muscle which comes with it as well.

    100% agree about the fact that it’s kinda a waste of time to cut when on a cycle. At the end of the week my PCT ends, don’t you think it would hurt my muscle mass if I don’t provide the body sufficient to at least maintain its weight?

    Also agree about the keeping it simple. 500mg of test should make a noticeable difference compared to my previous cycle right.
    Thinking about starting the cycle with a fast-acting testosterone, since it took weeks before I noticed something with test E.

    Allright, thanks! Well, I even got a source who says I can run some anavar when off cycle to maintain & that it won’t be that bad on my system when “off-cycle”. Sounds bit weird to me. What do you think? Any other suggestions, or just completely accept to take nothing at all?

    Yes, I saw the video … And I understand the reasoning behind it. But what would you suggest me doing now? Since I’m already 2 weeks deep into pct at 2 tabs of nolvadex only. Do I just end this pct further with my nolva? Or do I order something else (which will only arrive next week then…)
