thanks guys. Def makes sense because indeed it’s hard now to really strive for strength gains. However, I can workout pretty damn intense with the limited equipment I have & focus more on time under tension.
so if I understand it right, it’d be a better idea to just slowly start to bump my test e dosage up in my current situation? and keep the anadrol for a later stage in the bulk when having access to a full gym again.
If yes, how big of a jump should I take with test now? currently still on 180mg/ week, which resulted in a value of 40 nmol/L (range: 9-30)

that’s more TRT dose. Are u inbetween cycles? you could jab once per week but spread out is better for estrogen control.
Hi Ryan, interesting comment. So I guess your cruise periods in between blasts are still in a somewhat supraphysiological range of test?

Stefan, what’s your opinion on actually ADDING an anabolic during this time? Maybe first a quick bit of background information: ended my blast 1st of January. Have been on 180mg test e/ week since then and did bloods earlier this week, showing my test levels are 40nmol (range: 9-30). Pretty happy since it was like a “test period” for me because it was my first time cruising. All health markers better than ever before.
Until recently, I haven’t been able to train properly + had an injury, meaning I lost some size. The plan was to start a new full blast, however, now we have this whole corona thing meaning there’s no access to a gym. That’s why I ordered some dumbbells, a bench and a rack to do bodyweight dips/ pull ups.
So now my questions… what about adding a low-dose of an anabolic on top of my 180mg test e as of this week? To not make things worse during the upcoming weeks and potentially gain some tissue as well. Happy to hear what you have to say!

At home there is nothing much that will really benefit you may get a nice pump but that’s about it
Even it’s just a pump, it’s still a signal for the body to maintain more muscle than it would otherwise do. So definitely a benefit in doing so. All gyms in Belgium are closed for 4 or 6 weeks, or even longer. Completely “resting” as people would call it, would only make things worse.

My advice to people here is to rest up. We are typically stubborn and will not allow ourselves to rest unless is absolutely necessary or we are forced to. Use this time to fully rest, once you get back in the gym you will be thankful you did.
Jimmy, ALL gyms in Belgium are closed for 6 weeks. And that’s just the beginning. I’m 100% sure that “just rest up” for 6 weeks or longer and not doing bodyweight stuff at home would only make things worse.

I don’t think there is protein in cereal is there lol.
However it is my total protein yes.
Of course there is lol. Let’s take my special K cereal for example: 13.5g protein/ 100g. It’s just incomplete.

For me personally protein rarely comes down.
Yes you may assimilate less when on a cruise dose but it’s not just abt what you assimilate it’s about how often you spike PS maximally to.
So for me 3G per kg is a minimum no matter the situation if goal is to build n hold the most amount of muscle.
Thanks Hilly. Yes ofc, frequency of protein feedings has to be in check too. About the 3g/ kg minimum you’re shooting for: does this include ALL your protein (so also from incomplete sources, for example, cereal)? Or is this your minimum for complete sources

Without this it’s impossible to discuss this topic as what others do is completely irrelevant.
100mg test a week puts me at T -16 and Estro 76. Pretty mid range.
This would tell me I can likejy go to 100mg twice a week n be top T range n top Estro range.

Hi Hilly. Atm, I don’t have a blood test showing what my levels are on the 180mg of test I’m currently on. So I don’t know where estrogen and test is at. I’m planning to do a new blood test soon, since my last one was 8 weeks ago. Back then, I was on 300mg of test with 3x 0,5 Adex per week. This resulted in estrogen being in the middle of the range which is perfect! I’m now on 180mg of test week, with 0,5mg adex 2x week.
On my next blood test I would like to get the most accurate idea what my levels of test/ estrogen are on this dosage. How long would you say I should wait after dropping down from 300mg test e/ week, before doing bloods on this dosage?
Also pretty surprised you only need that much test to be in a healthy “natural zone”. I guess you took a low dose of 100mg simply to check how much you should increase it to be on top of the natural range?

NPP always gives me gyno, even with estrogen and prolactin/progesterone in range. As said 20mg Tamox a day and all’s well. But i would use an AI with that.
He’s taking 500mg of test/ week – which is a fair amount – and 1.5mg of adex/ week to keep estrogen in range, so why should he drop his adex?! Doing so, would only lead to estrogen being way too high, leading to even more problems.

Hey man. Well, isn’t Hematocrit always in a percentage? So…
Hematocrit: 52,1% range: 39 – 49,7
Hemoglobin: 17,6 g/dL range: 12,9 – 17,3I’m aware they are “out of range” of course… however, so many things can be and are out of range when using anabolics but it’s not always as bad, depending on what is out of range. That’s why I was wondering about my values how urgent it is for me to give blood and whether or not it’s a “must” to become “healthier”, whether I should worry walking around with the values above etc..
