    Thanks for the replies and actually did my math wrong .. it’s only a 2:1 ratio. Which isn’t bad , I’m still holding off for a bit because I feel good currently and Am in no rush

    Just out of curiosity, how does your cruise look like (dosage/ frequency)? Is it a TRT?

    I would dose every other day, 400mg per week. use an insulin pin into lean tissue. Dosing more regularly will help estrogen control. keep your diet clean, plenty of fluids and try a teatree and aloe vera wash. Try and shower straight after training.

    Ryan, was wondering the following, what’s your opinion on tapering test down before dropping into a cruise?

    Thanks, guys. I was just wondering: if you guys are/ have used steroids, how do you go about this then? Just don’t tell them? Because here in Belgium, if you ever injected yourself, you’re not allowed to give blood anymore lol …

    So just don’t mention this I guess?

    Def recommend taking it as early as possible. Once took it close to bedtime, only a low dosage, still thought I’d get a heart attack.

    Dosage was completely off for your first cycle, to begin with. So take the same or even less than that.

    2-3 hours before bed.

    3-6mg should be ample.

    Okay… so bit confused. Some say 20 min, some say 2-3 hours. So 2-3 hours the way to go Hilly? Does this have to do with very slow absorption of melatonin before you feel the effects?

    I used to do 10 raw egg whites a day. Never had a problem – used to blend with toffee flav drops from
    Myprotein. Tasted good too.

    Thanks man. Yeh, I’ll blend it in a protein smoothie so should be pretty good as well!

    Hi Gain, there’s nothing wrong with consuming raw egg whites in my opinion. As long as they don’t interfere with your digestion give them a go.

    Alright thanks man! Well yeh, believe it or not, but (cooked) egg whites are my main protein source every single day. Both in bulk and cut. Thats a lot of egg whites every day lol, but for some reason, I digest them super well. Let’s hope it’s the same when consumed raw in a shake!

    I personally think Estro will still be low, you could run 0.5 on just days you take ur shot ( I think, bloods will tell us )

    Yes, will def do man! Do have to say that I dropped the adex dosage already 2 months ago. Had been taken that lower dosage on 450mg test then, and have been taking the same adex dosage now on 3 weeks of 300mg of test. So adex has been 0,5mg 3 times a week for 2 months now. Let’s hope estrogen comes back a bit more in range now (and health is still fine ofc…)

    Yes, yohimbine doesn’t just have postive effects on fat loss but there are tons of other benefits you get from it so I do use sporadically. Increased blood flow is one of them which is great man

    Thanks man, interesting. will have a deeper look into it. So not talking about a fat loss phase: how many times a week (and at what dosage) do you take it on average?

    Depends on bodyweight bud!

    0.2 mg per kg although it really depends on tolerance and purity of your yohimbine buddy

    I use it almost year round and stop it around 10 days before

    To make most out of yohimbine it has to be used fasted away from food so would be good idea to use it before fasted cardio it’s most effective

    Kubba, so since you take it almost yearround, you take it during bulking phases too?
