personally I think its silly to have the Reta increased when its hurting your ability to eat. I would taper this back to 1.5mg per week and see if this helps.

GHRP 6 will help with hunger however for sure – it needs to be taken 20 minutes prior to meals 3 x a day – I would go with meal 1, PWO and second to last meal personally

    Okay thank you very much.

I can see both sides of it on the increasing of Reta. One side helps maintain insulin sensitivity longer while keeping health markers, but the other side is it makes food more difficult to eat. I will say that I’ve been taking the GHRP6 for three days now and it’s night and day. Finishing all meals pretty easily and hungry for the first 4 meals. I am just going to ride out the GHRP I have since it is working great while leaving Reta at 3mg and when I run out then I will drop the Reta dose like you recommended.

I would start with Retatrutide at 2mg per week which is the starting clinical dose and should be more than enough to feel the effects. So that breaks down to basically .3mg per day. I would just take it SubQ or IM whenever you typically take your peptides. I prefer mine in the AM.

I think for the other two questions is more dependent on your situation. Are you behind in conditioning or ahead? If ahead I would maybe wait to add in clen or T3 and only introduce them when you get to a sticking point.

The other question about the EQ is that I am assuming you are actually having issues with estrogen and now throwing it in just to lower it. I think the answer to EQ or AI depends on how much muscle you have and also are you still progressing lifts. If you are not let’s say 220-230lbs on stage and you will likely be 190lbs then I would say lower the Test. You probably don’t need a MG amount quite that high unless you are a pretty big guy. If you are a very large competitor and you are still progressing lifts I would say use an AI as this is easier to manipulate and track. If you are not maintaining strength and are very big then I would probably recommend bringing the additional MG amount from EQ. It will just be more difficult to know what is the correct ratio and takes time/bloodwork to figure out.

I will say if he’s already planned out PED dosages for the prep and maybe even diet changes ahead of time he’s probably not a good coach.. but why not approach it from the aspect of you have the final say and make the decisions. You just need to communicate with him so that he understands his place which would be to bounce ideas off of.. give feed back.. answer questions etc. you would be making the changes and running your prep but just allowing him to give insight if you think he is knowledgeable. That would give you full control which you desire

Still dropping bodyfat while eating 600g of carbs haha. Only a few days left and I can finally see what I look like on stage now. Currently about 10lbs up from last prep which was a year ago and I am much leaner so I’d have to guess I put on about 12lbs of muscle tissue.

Your chest I would say might actually be one of your weaker parts… looks like arms and quads are well ahead. Just do the normal fullbody and just grow everywhere. Then when you are 250lbs start looking for weaknesses. Full body will really help your chest, shoulders, back catch up to your arms and hamstrings will just take time.

Feeling good looking great. Just did a pump workout with 2-3 sets for every body part and I’ll do that again Tuesday and Wednesday before just resting up Thursday and Friday before the show.
Might be TMI but a huge win for me this prep has been consistency of bowel movements. I think the biggest issue in the past was with the coach I was working with he ran my protein way to high and my body just did not do great tolerating it… last show I ended up not going to the bathroom for 8 days before the show and had to take laxatives because my lower abdomen was distended. If you did not know laxatives cause major water retention not just on your colon but at higher doses can cause overall water retention on your body. I gained 12lbs those last 8 days and looked like I did not even diet for the show. But we learn from our mistakes and move on from methods that we find may not work the best for ourselves.

Trained Upper yesterday and session went
    Incline Smith Machine x1
    Chest Fly Machine x2
    SA Roger’s Pull-down x2
    Chest Supported T Bar x2
    Trap Row/Shrug x2
    Cuffed Lateral Raise x3
Progressed on a couple lifts only because they felt light but pulled back and matched those that felt more difficult. Didn’t push myself too hard. It’s show week and we aren’t going to put on any tissue in 6 days.
Decided to load up with 650g of carbs and I am super happy with how I woke up. When I went to bed I was on the verge of spilling but woke up full and hard. Now hopefully I wake up the same for the show on Saturday and I can just some carbs and be bursting full. Just kinda cruising through the week making sure not to go over 12k steps and we will do full body on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday to deplete a little then hopefully fill out Thursday and Friday for a sick look on Saturday.
    PEDs for the week
    300mg Test Prop
    500mg Mast E
    175mg Tren A
    1mg arimidex EOD (will monitor)
    50mg Anavar Daily
    30mg Winstrol Daily

That’s about it. It’s been super fun coaching myself this prep instead of leaving it to someone else and it won’t be hard to beat my previously stage looks as they were complete shit 😂 fingers crossed I can win my first overall in 6 days

Also saw Kuba bragging in his recent video about his sleep score and such. I’ve been extremely impressed with how well my sleep has been recently along with the scores. Looked back over the past month which would be anywhere from 1 week out to 5 weeks out from the show and my sleep score average is a 79 while the average sleep time is 7hr 58min. Average time in bed is 9hr 45min. So I am actually proud of myself for keeping this part of recovery at such a high level as I know some people allow this to slip.

Feeling great today! took a rest day yesterday as I was feeling a little beat up. Decided just to push steps pretty high to burn some extra calories. Ended up around 20k steps. Looked great this morning and seeing a smidge of detail coming through below the lower abs that I’ve never had before so that’s very exciting. Hoping to just keep looking a little better day to day and doing my best to just manage all variables.

Phenomenal Upper session today. Progressed all my lifts and got a little more insight into how much carbs/water I need to be full and dry. After 3 meals I was at 300g of carbs and 2L of water and the skin on my upper obliques was paper thin so couldn’t really ask for anything better at my current shape. Today’s session went as
    Incline Cambered Bar Press x1
    Chest Fly Machine x2
    Overhand Lat Pull-down x2
    SA Cable Row x2
    Trap Row/Shrug x2
    Cuffed Lateral Raise x3
Really really enjoying this current split and plan to run it for the foreseeable future.

Phenomenal session today and yesterday. Progressed everything except the leg press and the reasoning for that is I changed the set up so it will take me a couple weeks to get back in the groove of having my working weight with my progressive increments.
    Todays session went as
    Preacher Curl Machine x3
    Cuffed Tricep Extension x2
    Adductor Machine x2
    Standing Calf Raise x2
    Standing Hamstring Curl x2
    Arsenal Leg Press x1
    Seated Leg Extension x2
Fat loss is pretty much done now so we will eat at around maintenance and just try to keep performance metrics improving. I’ve gained some significant muscle since fixing the fake gear issue at 7 ish weeks out. So may as well keep driving progression and hopefully putting on tissue since there’s no longer a need for fat loss.

Body Weight is slowly moving down and kind of hoping to see myself hit 185-186lb sometime during the next week or two before the show.
Yesterday I trained legs and was completely obliterated as I had a busy day at work prior to training and just struggled to get through the session. Trained at about 80% capacity and made a change to the leg press which I saw from Terrance Ruffin to get better knee flexion. Once I made that change holy ROM. Felt great and I felt strong out of the hole so I’m super super excited to progress this slight change over the next few months. Overall though feeling super fatigued as I should be less than two weeks out and just did what my body could handle. Although I am feeling much better today and I have an Upper session so I am excited to train after work and get a very very long night of sleep. Hoping to get 10 hours.
To elaborate a little more on why yesterday differed so much from today is because with my job working in healthcare transport I have days that we are constantly in the ambulance running calls for the full 12 hours and we also have days that we get zero calls or one call. Yesterday we were just so busy all day that I probably shouldn’t have even trained but I took a rest day the day prior so I went for it.

The last two days I raised carbs up enough to return to maintenance. For me that is
    3200 cals
    218g Protein
    49g Fat
    465g Carbs
I really filled out and stayed pretty dry. Check in pictures this morning I saw significantly more muscle separation especially in the mid section. The plan is Wednesday this week I’ll add in Winstrol and I also lowered the tren dosage so hoping there’s a little bit of SubQ water to come off. If that happens I’ll be extremely happy with where I’m at. Gonna pull down calories back to 2700-2800kcal the rest of the week to get another half pound or pound off fat wise and then I will do one last mock peak on Thursday, Friday, Saturday before starting peak week.
Training wise everything is been pretty decent. Yesterday’s push day I missed my progression on my first set of incline bench press but I progressed every other set and lift. That’s the first progression I’ve missed all prep and might be due to the fact I did pull the day before which I normally do not do. That session went as
    Machine Preacher Curl x3
    Incline Barbell Press x2
    Close Grip Barbell Press x2
    Chest Fly Machine x2
    Cuffed Lateral Raise x3
PED wise we are sitting at
    400mg Test E
    500mg Mast E
    150mg Tren A
    50mg Anavar Preworkout
40mg Winstrol Daily (add in later this week)
    No more clen or T3
I dropped clen and T3 since fat loss is good for show number one however I will add it back in after this show to push a little harder. Felt like it was a good time to drop it to hopefully resensitize after two weeks. Other than that we are kind of on cruise control. Just making sure steps stay above 12k to keep daily calorie expenditure the same.

Sooooo super productive day! Went first thing this morning after steps and got some deep tissue work done. She did a great job and really helped loosen things up. Had a couple meals and then went to train back. The original plan was to go light and get some blood into the muscle to just help reduce inflammation in the spot I strained the other day…. However as I got into the session and got warmed up I ended up just progressing every thing 😂. I’ve got to be growing at the moment and putting on tissue as I’m stronger every session and seemingly not losing hardly any weight but body fat is continuing to come off. Had a close friend take a look at me today after training and he said I’m on cruise control for now. Said there’s not much left to lose if any and I’m should be good for show number 1. Which is good because I’m two weeks out. Might add some extra food in today and tomorrow to try to fill up some and see how my body reacts. If I holds onto the carbs or burns through them. If I flatten back out quickly or whether I stay full. I’ll probably go into my normal deficit again this week of 300-500 cals per day just to get a bit more because why not. Couldn’t be happier with this prep as I’m not super hungry and just want to tick the boxes every single day. Todays pull session went as
    Cuffed Tricep Extension x2
    Overhead Cuff Tricep Extension x2
    Neutral Grip Lat Pull-down x2
    Strive Machine Row x2
    Chest Supported T Bar x1
    Trap Row/Shrug x3

Weight is slowly going back down again even after a poor night of sleep. Sleep tracker said I only got 5 hours which I agree with because I just feel drained today. Gonna lower calories today and push steps high to dig into this last bit of body fat. Was planning to train but I am taking a rest day instead due to a tweaking my back last night.
Did a push session after work last night and on my second to last exercise I strained a muscle in my mid back doing cuffed cable lateral raises. Might try to go get some deep tissue work done tomorrow but for today I’m just taking off training and trying to focus on driving fat loss. Training session was superb up until that point though as I continued to progress each set. Had some extra motivation as one of the guys I’ll be competing against at my second show was shooting a video with his shirt off. Although I just stayed covered up and really really pushed. Session went as followed
    Preacher Curl Machine x2
    Low Incline Dumbbell Press x2
    High Incline Dumbbell Press x2
    Cuffed Hammer Curl x2
Cuffed Lateral Raise x3 (tweaked back)
    Did not attempt
    Chest fly machine x2
Will also probably scrap the high incline dumbbell and replace with smith machine as doing so much dumbbell work causes my forearms to be so pumped that I cannot hold onto them. Other than that we keep moving
