Yesterday was Arms mainly. Progressed all lifts and sets though. Yesterday was the first day I felt like literal death halfway through training lol. No idea how I progressed my quad movement as my legs feel like they were in cement but I just took my mind elsewhere and did the work. That was a clear indicator it’s time for a day or two off training which is perfect because today is a rest day. Yesterdays session went as followed
    Standing Calf Raise x2
    SA Preacher Curl Machine x3
    Cuffed Hammer Curl x3
    Straight Bar Pushdown x2
    OH Cuff Extension x2
    Cuff Lateral Raise x3
    Single Leg Quad Extension x2
Today I am resting very hard lol. As soon as I get off work I will be eating my last meal and going to bed. Was able to be in bed for 10 hours last night and hoping to do the same again tonight. Also for my weekly check in the plan was to increase mast however I miscalculated how much I had left so instead I’m going to increase test and just use an AI if needed. Current PEDs are
    600mg Test E
    500mg Mast E
    300mg Tren A
    50mg Anavar Preworkout

Either that or since you are new you can probably get away with just doing two variations for a while and then when progression stalls then you can add in the 3rd or 4th variations. I was able to do a two variation full body for about 6 months before needing to add in a 3rd or 4th to give my body more time to adjust and grow.

To clarify one or two things I now realize weren’t specified in the post. JP was saying he thought he could still be dry with an AI and Nandrolone at a low body fat. I have yet to try Nandrolone at a stage lean body fat yet.

Back session was 10/10. Progressed every lift once again and I can see potential in Jordan’s trap shrug set up. I don’t have the prime piece available that Jordan is using so I opted for an attachment that had like longer D handles however the elbow path wasn’t perfect and I definitely got a lot more rear delt out of it. Gonna try a different attachment next time the session comes around to see if I can get a better connection with the actual traps. I am thinking of using one of the MAG Grip pieces. Anyways also had a friend take a look at my current condition post workout who is in town from Atlanta which is about 6 hours away. He’s an open guy and is around a lot of top level pros in the gym he works at. Seemed to think I was in a good spot and to just keep moving along. Todays session went as followed
    SA Roger’s Pendulum Pull-down x2
    Overhand Cable Row x2
    SA Cable Row x2
    Trap Shrug x2
    Rear Delt Fly Machine x1
Only did one set of rear delts as the trap shrug really got them pumped and worn out. Anyways great session and happy that the weights are continuing to get higher. Tomorrow will be arms with a bit quads & lateral delts.

Push session yesterday was really damn good. Progressed all lifts and hit and all time PR on smith incline. Session went as followed
    Low Incline Smith x2
    Chest Fly Machine x2
    Cuff Cable Lateral Raise x3
    Roger’s Hip Press x1
    Standing Calf Raise x2
About to head to the gym to train back and I’m gonna plug in Jordan’s cable trap/shrug row he’s been posting on Instagram to try them out. Will update later today on the session

Sounds like you’re not sure of what the actual problem is and should just take a step back… come off cycle.. restart training plan and build again from there

Really surprised weight didn’t drop… gonna try not to think or care about it as it’s actually impossible for me to not continue to make progress as I am still in a deficit with the same amount of energy expenditure. Ended up doing a little more steps yesterday than anticipated got almost 18k.
Push day today along with higher carbs. Super excited to progress everything as I know I will. Also super excited to see how I look post training after a previous few days of being in a deficit. Session will go as followed
    Low Incline Smith Press x3
    Chest Fly Machine x2
    Cuffed Lateral Raise x3
    Standing Calf Raise x2
    Roger’s Hip Press x1
I have actually been extremely impressed with how my legs have continued to progress on such little volume. I set up the current training block to try to only provide maintenance volume to them so that I could focus more to other areas. However my legs have felt super fresh and the progressions have felt even easier than before. Started making me think about how Jordan was talking about the girls in Brazil training legs 5-6 times per week. I think post show when the new training program starts I may try to do one leg movement each training day and keep the 3 on 1 off split. I’m thinking of trying something along the lines of
    Leg Press Day 1
    Stiff Leg Dead Day 2
    Hip Press Day 3
    REST
    Hack Squat Day 5
    Standing Ham Curl Day 6
Pendulum Squat or Single Leg extension Day 7
    REST.
Not sure if anyone reads my forum but if you do and you’ve tried something similar I wouldn’t mind hearing your feedback. Thanks!

Rest day today. Gonna get a ton of steps in probably 15k-16k and then just relax. Not sure if I have posted the info in my forum yet but I don’t have any direct cardio in for the prep. However I am a huge fan of it for offseason to drive digestion, increase ghrelin, lower heart rate, and overall heart health. I’ll probably add it back in 15-20 mins on the stair stepper after the show. This is my first prep doing only steps and I’ve noticed a big difference in keeping my leg muscles and training performance on leg days. It’s currently 12k steps on training days and 15k steps on rest days. Woke up this morning the same weight at 193lb but looked a little leaner so I’m not upset. Feeling good

I think if your legs aren’t a strong point it would be a great split to run through prep yes. Are you doing 3 sets for every body part? Or just those that can tolerate higher volumes?

Increase in body weight today. I’m assuming it’s from the last two higher carb days however I still stayed in a deficit so not exactly sure. Anyways it can be something I will figure out for sure over the next couple weeks of doing the 2 high/2 low system and also see if bodyfat is continuing to come off with less fatigue. Training was great today as I moved the quad compound that was supposed to be with the back day over to the arm day and it was nice. Session went as followed
    Standing calf Raise x2
    Arsenal Leg Press x2
    DB lateral Raise x3
    EZ Bar Curl x3
    Alternating DB Curl x3
    Tricep Extension Rope x2
    Overhead Tricep Extension Rope x4
Great session. Everything progressed as usual and actually have had a significant improvement of joints since we fixed the fake test scenario. Literally zero joint pain anywhere.

Looked pretty awesome today after training it’s got me really excited to see this much detail and even still being really full 5 weeks out. Honestly been at 190-193 for the last two or three weeks and just getting significantly leaner since we fixed the issue I had with the fake testosterone. Anyways I’ll stop bragging lol and just put some notes about today. Went to the beach for a few hours post training and got some great relaxation and a tan. Training was phenomenal as we progressed everything once again for back day. Session went as followed
    Chest Supported T Bar x2
    Single Arm Lat Pull-down x2
    Overhand Cable Row x2
    Rear delt Fly Machine x3
Pretty short session but we were a little pressed for time as I wanted to spend as much time with my fiancée today as I could! So I decided to just move the leg press to Arm day tomorrow no biggie. Will update again tomorrow!

5 weeks out today from show number 1
    Current weight 190.4lbs
Things are progressing perfectly body composition wise and performance wise in the gym. Had the push session B today and all lifts were progressed. Session went as followed
    Low incline DB Press x2
    Chest Fly Machine x2
    Cuff Cable Lateral Raise x3
    Seated Calf Raise x2
    Lying Hamstring Curl x2
Decided to make a few changes to diet and PED’s
New diet will just be two higher carb days on my chest and back sessions followed by two lower carb days on my arms and rest day.
    Higher Day 3100cal P200 C430 F57
    Lower Day 2200cal P207 C241 F47
My previous diet was just the lower day every day but since we are ahead I want to slowly bring food back up as long as we stay on track. That way we can improve performance and recovery. The change to PED’s was a reduction in Test and an increase in mast and tren. I also introduced BPC-157 at 300mcg EOD to improve recovery. Only reason is because I have a 10mg vial left over from when I had a minor pec tear earlier this year and I didn’t know when else I would use it. PED’s are currently
    400mg Test E
    600mg Mast E
    200mg Tren A
    37mcg Clen
    25mcg T3
    50mg Anavar Preworkout
Time to knock out another week 🙂

Rest day today! I’m working my usual 6am-6pm shift so I will probably get about 15k steps in. Today will be pretty boring unless we get a super critical call. I work on a transport team for a children’s hospital dealing with mostly kids that will be staying in the ICU or neonates that will be in critical care as well. Some days are super exciting and busy while other days I get to sit around and eat my meals lol. Really really enjoy the job I do so getting up early to go to work is never a problem.

Your daily protein intake is a much much more important thing over perfectly timing your meals. If having a meal every 2-3 hours really made a big difference Olympians would be waking up at night to eat. Don’t stress yourself out about it and just simply eat your meals consistently every day
