  • Don’t be discouraged. My training partner didn’t get into competitive bodybuilding until 29 and didn’t start gear until 33. He turned pro this year at 37 so just decide if this is something you want to do and get to work.

    I would at minimum bring that protein to 200g or more daily if you are 90kg

    The moment that rest day comes out , it all changes so dramatically , so you absolutely couldn’t take it out .

    People think that, I’m recovering so well so this rest day could come out

    If it’s not broken brother don’t fix it. You said your progressing well and I’d never recommend not having a rest day after an upper and a lower consecutively.

    My sleep is great I’m sleeping 8-10 hours per night with 6 meals a day so I can recover enough to make progress on my lifts for the next session just wondering if I should leave the rest day in.
