Yes it’s common now. 1 ml per shot. Sites include shoulders, arms, lats, chest quads.
Gonna start doing it I think done it running Tren a daily shots of 0.2 and had no sides from it just pain in the ass doing 1ml shots everyday remembering what to pull through 😂

Insulin is not just something you throw in because other people are doing it. If you fuck it up you die. Which is difficult but it has happened. I personally wouldn’t ever use it and even during my competive years I didn’t use it. If you are a very advanced bodybuilder and have a large amount of muscle and eat a large amount of food and plan on competing at a high level then maybe you can do some research and use it responsibly or under guidance from someone who knows what their doing.
Thanks bud appreciate the post I’ve done my own research research on it aswell as other people view and ways the use it… I’m no pro but want to continue progressing and want to have the right or few different protocols ready for when in do choose to use it that’s all

So the pre meal looks fine to me if it digests well – I would pull the nut butter out.
I would make sure you are having 50g carbs intra workout with EAA on way to gym – make sure to drink the carbs as you train to maintain BG from the pre slin.
I would as Kuba states start with 3iu and work up from here based on how you feel and respond and adjust those intra workout carbs to keep BG levels maintained.
GH – pre gym or pre bed – its just personal preference and how you feel and which train of thought you follow but both will work extremely well. It also depends on how you feel.
I have some clients respond way better to pre workout we as others it makes them feel very tired and effects the workout and these respond better to pre bed.
I then have others that split pre gym and pre bed which I am also a fan of.
As with everything in this game there isnt just 1 way and in reality again the real key is just on taking the GH

0 point doing it post workout when you already have heighten nutrition uptake / carb uptake from training – you also get a second peak from fast insulin so this covers you pre and post.
I would not use any fats in pre meal and I would swap oats for cream of rice there for digestion – you want less fibre in pre meal
I would personally Start with 3 iu this would be ideal for carbs you have there – if I was to to it if you do it it’s your choice / responsibility so be safe [/quote]

With that amount of carbs pre workout I wouldn’t use insulin pre workout until they get abit higher .

How much should I be pushing up to before adding it in.. I trading in the morning before work so it’s hard to get loads of food in…

There is nothing else to add on what you have said , in that , you push up as much as you can and that’s that , if you can’t get anymore , you can’t get anymore , there is absolutely nothing anyone else can say or do , that is bodybuilding and the genetic variability of it all combined with your job
Fats / carbs , it doesn’t matter , cals go up until they can’t anymore and that’s that , rinse and repeat , get what you can from each push
With regards to drug side of things running test 600mg mast e 600 was gonna put in 200mg Tren e

Phoebe… the 7.3 up to the point on 6.4 was clean the last 900cals was shit food ie ice cream and some extras.. was still consistent with it though Ben and jerrys I might have had shares in. And I did end up putting a bit of shit weight on and that’s when I stopped but appetite was still there could have pushed more tbh. Just coming of a 6-7 weeks cut and starting to push my food back up currently at 600g for the day 300g protein fats at 50g -cals 4000

Seen you’ve added 20iu lantus in to cycle would that be pointless if I wasn’t going to add GH ? Cant afford it right now see ?
