I do 600-800mg a day, though i have a fat burner powder i sometimes use with 600mg in it so some days i get as much as 1200mg but i havent noticed a big difference between 600-800 and 1200

Back loading can work very well. In my time working with and learning from Dr. Scott Stevenson, I found that intra/post/post post for 80%+ of my carbs for the day worked awesome for my performance and recovery in the offseason and prep

I’m not joe, but I feel if you don’t bloat and look good with them in your diet, keep them in.

I would say it depends on what you’re taking, when you train the next day, are you doing multiple rest days in a row, and how’s your metabolic flexibility.
