    I do 600-800mg a day, though i have a fat burner powder i sometimes use with 600mg in it so some days i get as much as 1200mg but i havent noticed a big difference between 600-800 and 1200

    Back loading can work very well. In my time working with and learning from Dr. Scott Stevenson, I found that intra/post/post post for 80%+ of my carbs for the day worked awesome for my performance and recovery in the offseason and prep

    I would say it depends on what you’re taking, when you train the next day, are you doing multiple rest days in a row, and how’s your metabolic flexibility.

    From what I’ve read, anyone in the US I’d recommend

    Morphogen nutrition morphoprime
    includes 500mg curcumin and 20mg bioperine, 500mg citrus bergamot, 600mg NAC, 1000mg berberine, 600mg ALA, 200mg ubiquinol, etc.

    and morphomega:

    4000mg omega 3 adding i believe 1500mg EPA/DHA, 5000iu vit D3, 360mcg vit k2 mk7, 300mg grape seed extract

    I guess i freak out because im normally 4.4-4.7/80-85 and considering I’ve been low carb for so long I expected it to be lower
