If you go beyond natural levels then you enter the area of “no free lunch” speaking as a long term trt user there are many things to monitor from prostate to cholesterol and even the way high T can stimulate your nervous system and make you feel less rested.
Normal levels are never constant they fluctuate and reduce during times due to time of the day. Stress and training. Someone on TRT have constant high levels so even if those levels are mid to mid high range you are likely way ahead of a normal person who might have a slightly higher normal peak than you but then drops during the day, after a beer, argument or hard gym session. -

Lol. This is non significant for any one using hormones firstly
Second the reduction in IGF is debated for sure
Bodybuilders have been using metformin for 2 decades plus n it didn’t stop any of them getting huge.
The digestion issue is individual n metformin based
Berberine is very very good and a researched substitute for metformin
Imho the best choice for most simply due to availability but some suffer digestion issues with this also to note

True @hilly IgF is obviously not an issue here I was potentially being a clever ass ?I know you recommend it to me while using 8iu gh and I am going to get some and see if I can get away with a low dose. I definitely had gastric issue when I tried it many years ago but cannot remember the dosage.
Am I right to say that you definitely prefer this over berberine /insure especially when it comes to extended Gh use?

Hey, personally if it causes gastric issues I wouldn’t use it at all. There other options available. Are you taking winni pre show?
Winny hates my joints or maybe it’s the other way around. Anavar does wonders but I think I will simply restrict the dosage a bit.

It all depends Jack. If you are currently 300lb ripped then yeah you will loose a lot and certainly won’t improve.
If however you are close to you natural limit then TRT will be able to support a higher muscle mass and better physique than if you are natty. Trt might only get your to high natty levels but that’s still very good because it’s a constant level where as when you are truly natural your levels fluctuate all day long and affected by stress.
Hence TRT is superior to natty imo
and you should be able to build the best you can be within “natural” levels and be healthier and probably feel better. It’s a good compromise imo -
Water won’t be in the fat cell. It’s either intra cellular – in the muscle or extra cellular – between the muscle and skin
Thanks for clarifying mate. I guess that could still have an effect on calipers not moving south that said since posting the question more fat has definitely come off.

Potentially yes.
I would be doing 1.5iu every 4 hours.
I believe this dose to 2iu has been shown to maximise free fatty acid release.

Ha yeah that’s true I think I will start with three I was actually doing it 2×3 iu already good results will split them now. -
in any case will run this for a week just to check sides but when lowish on carbs the water retention is not bad at all. No way could I tolerate it if I was in full food.
