Awesome to know I had the whole 60min max in my head and just couldn’t get the sessions to fit. Makes sense now.

MemberOctober 21, 2020 at 4:32 pm in reply to: First JP style gym session, Feed back needed on Duration. It all depends on your strength levels and how my warm up sets you need till you are ready to go for your heavy set. Legs sometimes take me up to 2h.
Yeah I am taking extra care as I am not used to machines. Been all about squats and deads for years. First time in my life on an adductor machine.?

MemberOctober 21, 2020 at 4:26 pm in reply to: First JP style gym session, Feed back needed on Duration.A workout will take as long as it takes to get the work done efficiently ie. Taking enough time to warm up, do feeder sets, recover after working sets, yet not waste time unnecessarily and staying focused on the session. This will be very individual depending on your plan set up, how strong you are, fitness levels, whether you train alone or with a partner.. etc.
If you don’t have a time limit, then don’t worry. I would say anywhere between 1.5 hours and sometimes as long as 3 hours for some people is usual._________________________________________

Cheers @youngoscar It does make sense and in the back of my mind I was thinking that as I progress it would have gotten too much eventually. Thx for your time mate ??

Hey Oscar generally yes. On the second day I do Front squats and RDls both of those I do very strict and pure glute drive on the RdLs and can’t go very heavy on FS. I then use the hip belt squat which doesn’t load. I do upper in one day and use cable, one arm rows etc so no extra load that day. Basically one hard day for spine load, One medium. And no load on the upper day. @youngoscar However I am toying with the idea of doing the second option which is to do all the lower back stuff on the first day and then go to a commercial gym and do the machine work on that day. This would def reduce the frequency of spine load

Hey Simon I was prescribed 200mg every two weeks had to go and get the injection. Long story short didn’t work out and I started self administering and ended where I am now 20mg Short or no ester Ed. When I had too much fat I needed 12.5mg aromasin 2-3 ew week and now 1-2 per week. I also take hcg 250iu 1-2 per week as needed.

MemberOctober 17, 2020 at 7:22 pm in reply to: Purpose of adding t4 when already taking t3?Thanks mate so take away is that T3 only for a diet is fine but if it’s more of a long term optimizing or correction of Thyroid function then T4 with T3 will cover all the bases better.
One thing to mention for others reading is that some people convert T4 very poorly so I am guessing for them it would be a little pointless. Would be my guess. -

MemberOctober 17, 2020 at 2:40 pm in reply to: Giving TRT a boost to finish diet and reverseHey @hilly yeah to be fair the Sr9011 and cardarine haven’t really done any thing I can notice but I am not a fan of clen or yohimbe and wanted to try it but definitely not impressed. That said I managed to get the shape in the photo attached with the Test 20mg ed and when energy dropped T3 was added.
Great that you like the second part of the cycle but with a small Bump up with dosage. My goal is to get to around 12% BF IE healthy and relatively easy to maintain. I think I am probably 16-17% right now. Question..Would you do the above now to assist me on the last 5-6weeks of diet and then continue it while I reverse the calories over 4-5 weeks or would you wait until the diet is done? And man I appreciate your advice it’s stuff like this that made me decide to subscribe ??

Your best bet is Gym box next to Sanderson hotel by Covent Garden that’s where I go if I stay central. If you stay East london go to Muscle works.

Hey I am on TRT lower dose than you. I give blood every 4months or so as my Crit starts to rise nothing crazy but around 51.5 When this happened BP can go up a bit and this and the thicker blood can lead to ED. Other thing that can mess things up is if I don’t use HCG for a long time I seem to be less sensitive and have less libido. Very subjective but maybe something to look at.
Hey man that’s a good point, I just gave blood today after reading response . Can’t hurt.

Just expect to be a little out of breath the first week 🙂 you might not be at top of your game due to now having lower amounts of red blood cells but it’s not bad and you will probably only notice it on leg day. Hope it helps?? -
