I guess the water retention is somewhat welcome at the moment as it makes me full again. During bulk I rarely use GH as that’s when the water retention gets me.

As expected back at baseline today , my digestion has been a bit meh the last few days , likely stress , feeling a little over trained, I haven’t needed to devolume for a really long time , I will likely need to drop some fatigue in the next week ?

Hey Jordan love love love the blog. I just have one thing I would mention to you which is that I honestly think you should forget about HIIT training. No serious athlete uses true HIIT like Tabata etc when also doing volume.
Hard gym/ Moderate short cardio and Neat is your baseline.
Harder intervals once per week is honestly all you need on top of that for excellent health and fitness.
EG 80w for 90sec on the watt bike followed by 30sec of 400watts repeat for 10-12 if you can do 12 then add 50w if you can’t do 8-9 then drop by 50w.
With everything else you are doing this will be a nice add on and won’t depress your CNS.
HIIT does max damage for good results but go to that well often and it can hurt recovery more than it will benefit you.
Really no need to chase max lactic fatigue.
I had to write this as I have an athlete back ground and as I was reading your blog I was anticipating you would write that you got injuried or felt over trained as you are doing so much.
I know you probably know all this and got it all covered I am not trying to be a smart ass lol

Steps done with easy with small intervals across day, one thing I make a point of with all clients. Steps are only a low impact tool if done with intervals, leave your steps and hit 6/7000 steps in one hit and you may aswelll
Be doing cardio the impact is literally same.
So far prep has been effortless taking wins where I need to, pull and leg sessions are flying. Push is on its way up.
The look is getting better and better 259 this morning and another high day Stefan doesn’t really want big drops – so far we have managed to recomp well and progress across all areas so we are in a great spot.
I’m seeing detail at this weight I didn’t see when I was 237 last year.

Main thing my friend is “don’t trade” Invest instead. Bitcoin is now an established asset class and its part of big companies treasury and even pension funds and university funds have an allocation to them. I would go with about 5% of net worth. Then you are exposed to it but won’t loose a ton of sleep when they have down days.

I can only give you my personal experience. Starting with last part I don’t think they are all equal some are more androgenic some are more anabolic. Stacking seeks to cover those bases otherwise everyone would just use one drug if indeed they are all equal.
As for Masteron I am now a TRT++ and periods of adding things for specific purposes.
I LOVE masteron ! I took Hillys advice on the ratio of 200mg test 100mg masteron and its such a feel good combo.
In terms of gains i think this is actually strong. I am recomping gently and adding lean mass each week it’s really noticeable and it’s quality.
For an all out bulk pushing food hard I would say it should be swapped with something else for most people.
I have just increased both Test and Mast by 50% and again it just meant even fuller and stronger even though I am hovering around maintenance. I am sure if I added more calories this combo would still work nicely.
When I go back to TRT dosages I will check bloods and especially prostate (mast is DHT) but will be tempted to keep it in there in a small dose.
Sorry rambling but in short it’s excellent for cutting but I am currently getting gains from it just by adding it on top of my normal test. -

Man this is a great read I have been following you for a long time and I am myself doing the low dose trt plus a bit extra occasionally but more so your input will be an inspiration all over again with this new theme I am sure your quality of life will improve massively now. Great choice ??

Don’t think anyone would insure bodybuilders for that. I would wait it out if I were you and make sure there is 10years between when you said you took it.

Can primo be used instead of mast here ?
For me no.
and in general primo is an anabolic component where as masteron is more androgenic in nature. -
It shouldn’t cause issues unless it drives your estro 2 low.

Sounds a bit of a weird oneAgreed, I don’t see the anavar doing much here at all.
Better off adding extra 20 mg of test and mast in per week bring that total slightly higher

For me 200 test n 100 mast is the ultimate feel good / look good / perform good – cruise / low dose cycle
I tend to use this ratio as I push up lots now with clients n add things on top
So every 200mg test in cycle I will include 75-100 mast for most. [/quote]
200 test 100 masteron sounds good ?? The var I used a few times on big training days when I felt I was losing strength but now that calories are only slightly in deficit I feel much fuller.

Using var once per week imo is silly n any strength benefit you may be seeing in the following few hours is imo placebo
Taking var on training days for the mechanisms ot will provide over the following 12-24 hours n accumulation that week makes sense.
I honestly feel once a week makes no sense.
I would defo go 200 test/ 100 mast which is the lowest possible total dose I would ever recommend to any one
