Imho if it’s for long term health you could also reduce the test a bit first to 125 then 100. Adding ai will likely make your health markers worse. In terms of how I fell on TRT I actually feel better on a lower dose than on a moderate dose. Obviously muscle building wise it’s better to be on higher hence periodically I raise my usage to achieve goals then back off again.

Agree with everyone above. I do well on 80mg base which about 100mg of a test with an ester. I up it at times but for recovery that works well.

thanks again. how come clomid has a negative mental effect then? could it not be that you have come off cycle so feel that way anyway? and what blood panel would you suggest after clomid? as i have to pay for each separate. test level/estrogen/lh/fsh?
It doesn’t help of course but no. Clomid cause this for women as well. Describes as similar to PMS. It’s hormonal manipulation after all.

I have rare days like that and its usually when carbs have been lower and for some reason I haven’t had enough salt but you do then get checked. Prostate wise one of the signs would be that you don’t quite empty and that flow is restricted due to the prostate pushing against urethra.

Clomid has a huge effect on for me tried it a few times and had to stop after only a week or so. Horrible.
It does give a boost especially if you are really low but it will likely not take some in mid range to high range.
Interesting about species test booster I have tried every single know compound that has had suggestions of boosting T and with zero results so would love to know what they sneak in there lol

TRT will cause it all by itself. How high are you ? I give blood 3 times a year and it keep its all nicely in range. IGF will so HGH could contribute however Test will have a bigger effect it from what I have read and experienced.

@jimmytonk1 and all. Started it this week just 2iu I am dieting and just had my lower carbs days where I always drop some water instead I Gained 2.5lb and sleep improved straight way. So a good start on that dose!

I used it in the past for fighting. I find for muscle building you want to be fairly relaxed and not too hyped up. It’s a derivative of amphetamine I cannot see that being good for building or even holding on to muscle as “speed” is catabolic form my understanding.
I would stay away.
