    Most people would probably wish they had started the way you are doing it mate. Watch Jordan’s videos on this start low and only add bits as you need. Some beginners running a gram of test and Deca and where do they go from there massive crash at the end and then try more next time. Do what you do 2-3 over a year and before you know it everyone will see a big change and you will still be healthy.

    it only that only a part of it is fast acting the actual crystals sit in your tissue forever. I did weekly blood test after a Suspension only cycle years ago (don’t ask why ??‍♂️) Took 3 weeks to get into normal range and a full 8 weeks for it to be low enough for LH to start up. Yiu actually get a second peak 14 days into it. I did a lot of research on it after and finally found an article that states exactly that (used on horses). I then did the same thing with TNE and it was much better but the oil deposit from the brand I used (pharmacon) also cause it to release slower it took 5 weeks to get it all out. So honestly if you are looking for a preworkout component it would be an oral.

    You can lower the T as well if you truly are trying to give yourself a break.

    Hey bud I am like in this regard. What helped me reduce AI to an absolute minimum: 1/ Pin everyday this lower this peak. 2/ Keep body fat low. If that’s not enough then 3/ Reduce T downwards until E is in range. People have to realize that the TRT dose should be whatever makes you feel good and healthy while having your levels in range. I might up my dose of T for aesthetic or strength goals but I actually feel better on 80-100mg Fast acting T than I do on 200mg. So if 140mg doesn’t work for you why not do the above steps and come down until it does work? Lastly my preferred AI is aromasin find that easy to control and I can get away with 12.5mg every 10 days or so even when not optimal bf%. Also I like Hilly idea of Masteron I did that in the past and will try it again as part of a cycle soon. The sub q injections have merit for sure but for me I got so many red velts that I packed that in. Good luck you will get it right if you keep trying.

    Ha didn’t even know you guys did that. Why not just give blood. Your blood should be rich in crit so all good. Worst ways the patient gained an inch or their bicep:-)

    @youngoscar tbh I wouldn’t want to buy the techno. The one I linked is the only one I can see that is a true pivot but was hoping one of you guys had other ones to suggest. I have been searching around but can’t find many so maybe it’s the only one ?

This is one that I like the look of because it pivots up I makes it harder as you straighten your legs at the top position. Tbh I can’t find any others apart from running on a sled. I guess by that definition even the techno is not really a pivot.

    @youngoscar @bigbenchriche sorry guys My auto speller made that sound confusing ??‍♂️ I wanted to see if you guys could recommend a rear pivot leg press but plate loaded. The techno gym one is with a stack.

    Stress/anxiety is a major factor and for me so is diet. Just had a bad nights sleep feeling wired and not recovered. Reason was work and amplified by being in a deficit with not a lot of carbs at night.

    I find lo carb as night makes me wired and awake.

    Bear in mind I started hcg with trt so never really lost size and LH stayed in range FSH low but still worked. HMG is the way to go though or and clomid but I hate that drug makes me cry all day ?. Need to add I was on one gel pack of testim gel at the time which may not be as suppressive as 100-150mg of test injections. I am on more now and doubt I could repeat this as low FSH reduces your chances a lot.
