Yeah definitely lower than most here. I do also salt my meals but of course with smaller portion etc and less quantity of food I must have slowly gotten it wrong. Feel a bunch better today. During gain phase I tend to get much for obvious reasons.

Tbf he does say to eat in a surplus but by much smaller amounts than the big guys would probably need to see a difference. However for his audience it might make more sense than a 280 guy wanting to get to 300. He also does like a bit of controversy for clicks.
Tbh though when I hear Fouad and Ian talk about this I don’t think either party is really disagreeing a lot it’s just that they are so much bigger that their surplus needs to be much more than 100-200 calories per day. -
@jordan-peters I always get it from Prop I have tried various brands but could have been unlucky and haven’t tried the brands you mentioned.
I saw on Dave’s show he did a spiel on this and said Prop was the culprit in this etc etc would you say it happens with Prop more or is it simply as you said a quality issue. ?? -
I do HCG 100iu daily and it works great no estrogen sides at all which I am super sensitive too even when I did but weekly 300iu I got them.

Of course if you are on HCG clomid etc your LH FSH will be in range sooner but it won’t be due to Hpta recovery.

Like @jimmytonk1 said 28 days you will be at baseline however your HPTA will likely be suppressed a lot longer.
It is individual of course but I can tell you that I came off 600mg prop and my LH FSH were totally suppressed for 8 weeks.
I also tried both with Base and suspension and it took 6-7 weeks. before LH said hello.
People think it clears quickly but they don’t account for the crystal in the suspension you actually get a second spike 14 days later. So you are left with tiny amounts of T just enough to keep you suppressed but not low enough for hpta to come back (individual of course)
I also tried with testogel and that worked well it took 10 days (maybe even less) and LH was at 50%
Shit I went majorly of topic but for sure if you expect HPTA recovery after enanthate you are in for a little wait.

Hey all I thought I should update this post. Been doing a lot more reading on this and it seems that newer studies are showing that Saw palmetto is not helpful for anyone with BHP or prostatitis etc etc. They even used dosages 3 times higher than normal.
It easy to google.
What had been proven to work and which I use are:
Pollen (Graminex) and Quercitin.
And lots of carrots !
Other things too but for this post it was just to highlight the newer studies on Saw palmetto. Happy to link one of the studies but not sure what the policy is for that on the forum.

@clare @bigbenchriche yeah makes sense. Upper tends to stay fuller legs always drain out first but hard to diet perfectly and eating 2100 a day for most of the week just to have a big calorie day is not working well.
