    tough decision but I would go for the leg press because you have more possibilities to train with that! high stance, low stance, wide stance, near stance, single leg .. yet if you have the space and the financial resources I would buy both xD nothing beats a heavy set on the hack squat !

    If you had to choose one I’d say a leg press. Depends on what other equipment you got but an addition of a heel wedge on a back squat would replicate the hack bu targeting your quads. Then you could have variety on with the leg press, which you would use to train other masculature & it’d also offer a lot more stable profile

    That’s a good point with the wedge! I should have said in the post that I alternate between home and local gym and they do have have the leg press there but not the hack. Hence I was leaning that way.

    Hey buddy, what other kit do you have? I do prefer a hack squat over a leg press personally. However you can do a lot more exercises on a leg press. It’s easier to separately isolate quad and hamstring training with foot position on a leg press. It’s also easier to use unilaterally. If it’s for a small space and you don’t have much other kit I would definitely go with the leg press. If you have plenty of bits and bobs and you really want something to solely hammer quads with. Get the hack.

    I was leaning toward the Hack. Basically I do every other session either at home or at the local gym. They already have the cybex leg press so on that day I do all the machine work adductor, curls, extensions etc.
    Then on my home session I do the squats. Issue is I can’t push them too close to failure as I have had too many injuries (back) for that so I figured the hack would be a great to get two really hard sets in. Thx for your input man??

    btw you start the post with it’s a bit embarrassing. Don’t feel like that I bet most people using have felt it during their cycles I struggled getting my trt right for a long time and some days I might be out of the sweet spot but atleast I know how to get back in.

    Honestly I can only talk about my own experiences and I feel pretty bad when I am over 51 on crit but I also get high BP at that stage when.

    For you it might be completely different and your BP is fine. .

    If I looked at this I would try and get on top of the prolactin and definitely you need the other two test as @peter-hills said !

    Prolactin, estrogen and progesterone are much bigger factors.

    I don’t mean to scare you with the Crit and RBC it is normal on gear even TRT but if you also have high BP I would sort it out you will feel better very quickly. If BP is low and your doctor knows you are on test then maybe atleast point it out to him.

    Ah ok good stuff glad you took care of that giving blood is good anyway so keep doing that for sure ?? BP looks great glad you are healthy.

    Prolactin is high that’s a factor.

    Also look at your Haemocrit and your RBC I would be straight down to give blood if that was me. Your blood is now very thick which is also a factor in ED.

    I am never on high dosages but I give blood as soon as I hit 50-51 which for me is every 4 months.

    Did you take your blood pressure mate as that sometimes go hand in hand with high RBS and Crit. Also high blood pressure correlated with ED.

    From what I can see you have at least two things going on that would influence ED. Like Hilly said you need estrogen and progesterone as well.

    Good news is that you can fix this.

    Get these guys to help you and read Hillys profile he has first hand experience with gut health.

    I would suggest perhaps getting a test of Helio Pylori as well so many people have it and some of your symptoms fall into that.

    Creatinine is fine. The higher your muscle mass is the higher your creatinine is. EG African populations have higher creatinine due to a higher muscle mass and asian populations have a lower creatinine level than the average western population.
    If it’s just above range no worries and creatine products are fine.
    I know this first hand because it was observed in me some years back and I did all the tests and everything was clear then I found an article in this and showed my doctor and since then we just accepted it for that exact reason.

    I know this is old but I am new here ? information gold??
    Just wanted to add that on dosages of 280mg Test (no ester) I used to have to take 12.5mg aromasin 3x per week. Now I am using DIM twice daily and my Bf is a little lower and now I only need 12.5mg once a week.
    DIM is probably not going to make a difference on 1g of test but maybe even on 3-500mg one could maybe reduce ai usage when adding DIM.

    I am a little OCD with all of that ??‍♂️? I have Saw palmetto, Beta sitosterol, quercitin, Pollen prostate complex and even a low dose cialis so I am probably covered nicely.
    I just love the convenience of the JP products all in one solutions so I would definitely buy it. Thanks for responding guys and @megansylvester ?? hopefully Dr Dean and co will do something in the future.

    Btw not suggesting you treat something that’s not an issue for you but if you are planning on continuing androgen use then maybe this is worth looking at.
    There are also proven herbal supplements that benefit the prostate I take one from iherb and also prosta pollen from LEF and Quercitin.
    in my case it’s just to prevent. I had a scare once but it turned out to be prostatitis from sitting on a bicycle too long. However since then I though this is definitely something I want to control as much as I can.
