    Ha was just about to make the exact same post will try and contact those guys. @max-price Do you know if they can fix loose skin in that area I am worried I might have some once I get it removed?

    @vincent-dutilly It’s probably a little individual but as I spent most of the year on trt dosage of test I noticed that when introducing a low dose amount of HCG my overall mood and libido improved.
    First guess would be that Hcg will aromatize and give you a bump in E2 but I doubt it’s that as I have done so much blood work and have been in similar ranges with or without HCg. I generally use 250iu twice per week.
    Not giving advise just my own experience with it.

    @ioflynn I know some Masters UK bjj fighters and their comps inc worlds etc are untested and there a lot of jacked guys there especially light heavy and heavy. Most of his crowd are running GH and Test. Then before comps most of them drop the gh and go to trt only as they don’t want to get pumps during the fights. Not sure they really need the GH but I guess a little bit for repair and anti agin and some fat control is not a bad thing.

    I take a lot less but even on TRT I find it difficult to always control. Problems with ED induced by Estrogen or lack thereof is very similar. Definitely get your bloods done but also keep a diary on other symptoms. EG if I have Ed symptoms and I am holding water I can almost guess it’s due to high estrogen and I take 12.5mg aromasin like you. Also my BO changes from absolutely no smell to proper man stench if my Estrogen is high ??‍♂️ Lastly it it’s too low I tend to get spots on my neck. Etc etc this is probably very individual. I figured it out having about 15 blood works done and then matching the results to those type of markers.

    One on chins, 2 on dumbell rows, I went to deadlift and the warm ups felt slow and harder so decided to call it a day after my last warm up set. Rest of the day I was a zombie. Scroll forward to today and I feel quite alright Leg day now so will see how that goes. They are my priority so I don’t feel too bad about only doing half my pull day.     Legs went ok. Bit of a back issue from doing a 10hour road trip earlier in the week but matched last week on the squats and increased in split squats it wasn’t strength holding me back. all good in the hood.

    If I’m feeling a little run down I just go for 1 top set and if cns is battered I run a deload but make sure if there’s a reason your cns is down that you try to resolve this a issue or it’ll keep happening

    Yeah just a lot of unexpected stuff this week and some travelling that interfered with recovery. Thanks @kamara-graham good advice ??

    Yeah if you want fast acting then use the Test base in oil. But the whole thing about being in and out of your system on 24 hours is not true it’s quicker than prop for sure but the oil will keep the test from being released in one go. Easy to inject and draw.

    @daimonp I have and it didn’t serve it’s purpose. Hard to inject. Very fast action (the water part) but the crystal are stuck in you for a lot longer. I did bloodwork and was still shut down but with a trickle from the crystal 5 weeks later.

    All I can say is that I have never had any great nighttime sleep experiences on HGH I generally get sluggish and lethargic at times during the day but never had those often tauted “amazing” sleep stories. Maybe that’s just how you react and perhaps look at change the time you take it !

    I think being able to train natty is something you should embrace during this period. It’s going to be hard on your mind but if you set up realistic expectations then you will be a better lifter in the future as well ??

    You look awesome dude! I will let someone more qualified answer as I don’t know if that kind of intensity these guys do will be the best while your hormones are super low. I would focus on holding on to strength and would not going beyond failure during this period until you feel ready. I would also not be in deficit.
