Hey buddy! If this has started since using the dream sleep then I would definitely lower the dose, even discontinue if you feel like that’s causing the issue. What does your nutrition look like leading up to the times before that meal? It could be something to do with your blood sugar levels.

M1: 2 bacon medalians, 3 eggs, 1 bagel
M2: 220g chicken + 150g rice + 2 squares
M3: (pre) 140g cor, 40g whey, 100g frozen berries, 30g honey
M4: (Intra) hbcc
M5: 180g Frosties, 50g whey, bagel, 30g jam
M6: 500g potato, 250g 5% mince, 2 wraps

Just to add on to what the guys are saying, general life/professional stresses/demands can play a significant role here.

Has anything changed in that regard that needs mitigating?

Nothing I can think of

Hi George, if you feel like you need a deload then yes now is probably a good time! Take the deload, ease your way back in then next week when your feeling 100% you’ll be able to get back to progressing lifts!

Okay will do thanks

I would defo be bumping fats up, just make sure it doesn’t skew digestion.

Protein could be moved up to

Will do, thankyou

Yeah you have some room to move fats up here if you’d like. Doesn’t have to be crazy high 60-75g is a high/moderate. I would consider increasing protein as well

Okay cool, thankyou

You could bump the fats up to 50g and then look to increasing carbs more if weight is still stalling. There’s also some room to increase your protein a little if your want to.

Will do that, thanks

I’d look to push carbs before fat here. Depending on sources it shouldn’t be too hard to get In. Fats I wouldn’t take higher than 50 unless it was a last resort

Okay cool, thankyou

Personally I’d bump protein up a little here too.

If appetite is good go up pro carb and small amount of fats – for your BW fats are in a decent spot – take them up to 5
Extra 20’pro direct
Extra 30 carb

See how you get on

Okay will do this for a week and see how weight/visuals move, thanks for your reply

what are you eating pre legs?

what are you taking in terms of intra workout nutrition – you may be experiencing low BG

100g cor

100g frozen berries

40g whey

30g honey

Squares bar

Intra:

50g cyclic dextrin

JP Eaa (2nd sesh with this)
Add fats to the pre workout meal – if it is a BG issue then its likely being caused by the fast acting carbs pre gym causing a insulin spike and forcing BG low
So anything like a small serving of nut butter?
Yes – I would be having it with all pre gym meals
Okay thankyou

I would add fats to all pre meals as you have no direct fat source pre at current
Okay, will do thankyou
