    I always thought the bigger guys elicited more growth because they were bigger/stronger. like the overweight guys that tend to always have big calves etc. but im probably wrong.

    so essentially unless im assisted its just not possible, so lean down push up as long as possible until the 15% bf rule i guess.

    so demotivating as a slow gaining small natty.

    am natty mate, maybe just dont build well. cutting is just general slow cal deficit with higher protein and output. whilst atleast maintaining strength if not gaining

    sorry to jump in, but saves another thread. @drdeanstmart im going to run ostarine and lgd for 10wks, when should i get the bloodwork done? then tailor pct to results which makes sense. just wondered so i know what to order in time for pct

    cheers jdh, yes although in my head im afraid that less volume equals less gains, maybe it will benefit me in progressions and eventually gains. just didnt know if there was a sweet spot, but we shall see

    thats understandable, i just felt significantly weaker. but i guess its normal: ive gone from P-203 C-356 F-106 everyday to train day P-203 C-409 F-110 rest day P-200 C-285 F-101. Keep carbs in rest days as in military. maybe i was just fatigued that day but something was definitely off.

    thats a good idea, will try to get them closer to the actual workout. thanks guys

    time will have to tell on this revised plan, as volume is lower but is early days on it. just thought maybe i was missing some fundamentals such as enough work to elicit growth etc

    thats good to know john thanks. il probably stick with 10mg, do cardio most days as in military and yep diet is about 70/30 good to not so good food. must have been the higher dose of mk though as i stopped taking for 1day and levels dropped from 6 to 4.3. maybe mk is just not worth it

    so i halved dose to 10mg and was down to 4.9 today. some people stay on 20mg dosages so i wonder how they get around it? id prefer the increased igf from 20mg but didnt want my glucose hovering around the 6 mark too long.

    ok thanks will check them out. if you were me would you stop taking 20mg of mk677 or half the dosage etc.

    how safe is it having it elevated? do i need to come off so my level drops to normal range etc?
