    I think it depends on your preference
    Eat more do more or eat less do less ????????‍♂️
    At the start of prep just clean things up, drop and bad calories so an initial food reduction then a little cardio is my preference.
    From there I’d keep out put moderate to enhance recovery and sessions and chip away at food

    I think the typical bodybuilding literature would say definitely not but everyone is different.
    If you want to try I would run to 8 weeks out and see how you look.
    If your not holding water and bodyfat is in a good place keep going.
    Some hold more than others but you have the traditional drugs to fall back on if all fails

    I don’t see an issue here although I prefer my pre with less stim and more focus so I opt for the JP prepare

    Hey buddy back pumps obviously down to the prior poor eating and weight gain.
    Nothing drastic needed, clean up diet maybe even rest day low carb diet for 5 days with moderate to higher activity – nothing heavy in the gym, loads of water like 5-6 litres per day and you should be sweet.
    You’ve been bad to your body, it’s just giving you a little temporary fuck off back haha

    Session was
    Seated ham 2 sets
    DB RDL 1 set save lower back for next leg rotation – squats
    Leg ext 2 sets
    Leg press really fucking heavy 1 set
    Standing single leg ham curl 1 x 5×6 muscle round – to progress this I will add a little weight and hit 5×6 again until can’t ????????

    Leg day today was SOLID ????????
    I’m super good at the minute, volume is low but intensity is very high, any more and I’d need days off so really happy with where I’m at.
    Leg press today I could have jumped to 600 and got 3-4 but look at it like this.
    Last session was 540 for 11 so no need to make such a drastic jump.
    I added 20kg and got 560 for 10. I can now add 10-20 log then do the same again so I’ve prolonged the progression on the deadlift by probably 4 weeks till we hit 600 for reps.
    Progressive overload takes patience and super control of that ego, it makes you strong so you want to push the boundaries constantly but that will just lead to injuries and stalling on lifts needlessly much quicker.
    I think I have a good 10 weeks left on leg press if I’m smart ????????

    Hey buddy you can definitely get stronger in cruise so stick with the log.
    Just be mindful that recovery will be down regulated so I’d be mindful and drop volume by reducing overall sets and looking at removing intensifiers.
    Regarding arimidex 0.5 m/w/f for 1-2 weeks then drop and you should be fine and will be good for cholesterol profile

    To be honest , I’ve been training at a Low volume high intensity approach , 1 TOP 1 back off set. Only intensifiers I have ate RPs 10 deep breaths. I’ll drop the RPs , is that enough ? [/quote]

    Hey mate,
    I’m doing the muscle contest Ireland and just wondered if you had any advice for it to make the journey/stay easier.
    I’ve never compete internationally ( if you can call it that) ???? but I know you did the same show a just thought I’d ask.

    Hey buddy I’d arrive a couple of days before the show, short haul won’t hold much water at all but be good to get settled in.

    Get car higher as you can get around stress free and will work out cheaper than taxis.

    Get an apartment so you can cook not a hotel.

    Take cooked frozen chicken in hand luggage that will act as ice packs for your cooked meals your travelling with.

    That’s about it really buddy, give yourself plenty of time to get to know where everything is and you’ll be cool ????????
