You can plan a cycle but I’d literally begin with 1ml of test 250mg per week split in 2 doses of 0.5ml/125mg.
Hit that for 10-12 weeks then assess results and ask again for advice regarding pct/cruise etc ???????? -

Are you able to go into pinning your gear and details? What sites you use and rotate with. How much oil per jab and do you use slin pins etc.

600 test
500 EQ
1000 primo
I shoot 4 times a week so I split like this with test and EQ in the same pin
1/2ml test
1/2ml EQ
2.5ml primo
I use side delt, rear delt, lat and occasionally glute and all will take a 2.5ml shot.
Some would break it down more and Jan more frequently but tbh I hate jabbing so I jab as frequently as possible for the main part of prep until the final stages where I’d jab daily and I just use greens to draw and long orange to inject.

Jamie, is it right in thinking that the Progressive style of training can give you a different “look”? like the pumps are different from say GVT (German Volume Training).
Since switching a few months ago, i have noticed my strength has gone up massively (for me) but physically my arms and delts seem to look flatter – could they just need more volume at the end of the workout or do i just need to be patient?
sorry if thats a silly question!I wouldn’t say it gives it a different look buddy. Personally I feel pumps aren’t more down to your diet and bodies sensitivity.
What kind of phase are you in right now with your diet? -
Is this blood test drug free?
That’s a very healthy natural test score which is great but just need to know if it is a natural score or not. -
I’m with Jordan and definitely based on photos, these tell me you have scope to push past 95kg before a mini cut would be needed.
If your going to cruise soon I’d just try and hold composition through that phase and keep food high to preserve muscle earnt.

Hey buddy BP was higher but in range. Definitely think Health supps contributed to controlling it ????
Health supp wise I was using JP lover heart, cure cumin, halcyon, supp needs liver and kidney stack.
