A lot of what Stan says make sense. Caffeine is used in medicine to speed up absorption so there’s some logic behind that.
I like his walks to assist digestion and his view towards optimising digestion by using certain foods ???????? -

Shoulder press
Incline bb
Cuffed lateral
Tricep push down
2 sets in each 8 sets total real low volume but real heavy and intense.
Volume is equal to current recovery which is downgraded with cruise cycle.
Aim is to start the year strong, heavy and fresh as fuck haha -

The sole aim was to beat my shoulder press. I’m using the gym shop press, the same as Jordan at the moment and my god 7 plates and above is getting silly heavy. I added a 5kg each side tonight. Now I know why Jordan uses the 2.5’s ????
The top set got beat anyway and I’m progressing well through this cruise phase 3 weeks in now on test only.
Looking forward to seeing out this year and beginning prep in the new year 🙂 -

Traveled over to ultra Rotherham for a big session with the boys today!
Session felt really good but just nursing some shit old knees in bath writing this.
Been doing a lot of research into heart shock at the minute many reasons research suggests that heart shock particularly from sauna plays a key role in the recovery and health of cells in the body.
So much so that people who have more saunas live longer and have less disease.
Im hoping my hot baths will have a similar effect here ???? -
