LEG DAY MOTHER TRUCKERS
We’re in for a good one today, hamstring focused, no major lower back loading.
I do two leg rotations,
One will involved lower back loading like a squat movement and this will preceded a no lower back loading pull session.
My other leg workout will have no lower loading and more hamstring focused from isolation work which will preceded a deadlifting pull session.
That’s how I like to split it up and ensure recovery is factored in so we can still progress each week ???????? -
I agree with Nick about making your own but use a good whey isolate so it not too thick and easier to drink.
I use dymatize iso 100 which is an excellent isolate.
Alternately I know the JP whey coming out next week will be absolutely banging 🙂 -
Rest day today resting up for a big leg session with Rebecca Andrews for the site tomorrow 🙂
I’ll make sure its BIG with plenty of F bombs haha -

On the same day each week take a reading after your rest day and training day so you can track both sets of weights to show progression as accurately as possible. -

Shoulder press
Cuffed lat 1 set rest pause
Close grip floor press smith
Tricep push down 1 set
All other sets 1 work 1 back off -
Busy day today, started off with a team event I’d arranged at my gym for clients who could make the trip over to train and enjoy some post workout food and a catch up after.
I trained push with 3 other clients and had a very decent session ???????? -
PB’d deadlifts so very happy with that 220 for 6 and I know I can continue to progress this ????
Was nice to have big Rich Ellis over for pull at ultraflex the strong mother fucker ????

I’ve used b5 in the past and found it worked along with sunbeds but ultimately finding the route cause was the game changer.
Mine was down to lack of structure with diet and poor food source choices.
Be specific and consistent with your diet and limit alcohol and bad food to a minimum.
When you shower use simple soap and do not scrub the area whilst washing or drying also.

Been psyching myself up for deadlifts for days now! I’m obsessing over this lift!! Max so far is 220 for 4 from a dead stop not tap and go but I want 240 and then a 260 for numbers!

Seated ham curl life fitness 2 sets
Smith squat 2 sets
Leg press 1 set
Single leg press 1 set
Leg ext prime plate load 1 set
Seated leg curl prime pin load 1 set
Abductor 1 set
Adductor 1 set
Calf’s 3 sets
13 sets total perfect
This is the very top end of my current volume hitting 10-13 sets per workout.Jamie, when doing single heavy sets, do you have warm up sets, a single very heavy set and then onto next exercise?
As you get further into your workout, do you drop the warm up set (if you do these) and just jump straight in? Thanks_________________________________________
