I would say your goals have a bearing here also.
Is your plan to cut or build?

This is fine buddy spread over the day. Is it pink salt, that what I’d advise.
Pink Himalayan not pink died rock salt.

Rest day today ready to attack a big pull session tomorrow.
Nothing exciting to report other than i’ve just entered my pre contest cruise phase where i’ll just be doing 500mg test per week only.
Aim is to give my body a small rest before we blast for the 2020 pro debut.
Will hold body weight between 320-325 and begin prep 20lbs heavier than last time with a lot better condition.
Hope you’ve all killed Monday !!

Had a nice leg session later in the afternoon which was low volume jam focused but felt really good with a nice choice of my favourite ham exercises

Took the kids go karting today, yup it’s been a while and it was definitely a tight squeeze.
I was a nice laugh at others expense as per, funny how you get used to being laughed at haha
Was fun doing something different all the same but man it was a work out in it self holding them round the corners, needed my wrist straps lol

    WEEKS ????????
Erm if you’ve gone to the lengths to begin a cycle that means your serious about your goals???
Binging out for days/weeks has no place for your goals. If your not that serious to not binge then imo you have no place starting a cycle.
BUT the odd meal off plan of course.
I’ll talk you one thing from experience from my younger days a cycle added to poor food intake is a recipe for acne.
Be sensible pal, the aim is to add the drugs as the icing on the cake not the buffer for poor practice, at any level.

Check in day and another 323lb but a better 323 than ever.
Spoke with Jordan this am about feeling like I’m spinning my wheels waiting for prep and getting a little too focused on wanting to see the scale move.
It happens to us all but he reiterated that at this stage now, the heaviest I’ve ever been it’s about solidifying that new muscle by making the same weight just look even better.
This means when we start weight the muscle will be mature enough to go ham on prep and not lose tissue instantly ????????

Hey Jamie, so is the plan to stay at this weight and just hold it for a while? How long will this period be for roughly? [/quote]
I’ve been holding and hovering around 325 since October.
I start prep in Jan so plan is to just make this as good as possible to begin dieting.
If we had more time I’d back off food and recomp then push again but not enough time for that.
