    I would level out your estrogen buddy with 12.5 aromasin eod
    Things like sunbeds are going to help dry out the skin too. Use simple soap only and do not scrub as that will cause spreading.
    Drink 6ltr water a day minimum and stick to your diet plan, shit food will make it worse too and stay away from alcohol.

    I went from drinking 5/6 liters of water a day and making 6 meals to drinking 2.5 liters (maximum) a day doing half the meals (for economic problems I ate a lot less and ate badly – I’m a person who doesn’t tell lies) . I will use aromasin for 10 days and re-do the analysis and return to healthy eating and drinking a lot. I just have to thank you for this very dear advice of yours and I appreciate that people of a certain level give the little time they have to help us instead of enjoying their free time as many do. peace and enjoy bodybuilding

    Back in the saddle for a leg day!!
    Pb’d on all lifts but kept volume low again as managing recovery post illness.
    This cold don’t wanna fuck off!

    Rest day today!
    Big leg session coming up tomorrow and feeling slightly better again.
    Fingers crossed will be picking up the new car tomorrow as well.
    I did it, I hit the goal I said I would and am the proud owner of an M4.

    Push day went down nicely!
    Man you must be getting sick of hearing this but recovery is still not back up to scratch so volume for this session is lower but felt real good!

    Pull felt nice tbh
    Recovery and fitness still down reg’d from cold but I’m feeling strong and ready to push when I get rid of this mucus and can breath properly lol
    Kept volume low again as just listening to my body at the minute but weight is back to 325 after dropping 7lb when I was ill sort I’m happy ????????
