    Just curious but why post weights?
    Off season the main goal is to build muscle. If your training hard in the gym the last thing you want to do is expel more energy and calories immediately post training.
    Sit down, rest for 30 minutes and allow the body to calm down before eating immediately post training. Don’t jump on the treadmill!!
    For fat control simply be mindful of being active, set a step count say 10k per day and meet that requirement daily.

    What do you do on a Sunday??
    Piece of advice if you do nothing else take 10 minutes to sit down and write a plan for next week.
    What do you want to achieve from that week and what did you accomplish this week.
    It just keeps that little bit of accountability to ensure you’re always moving forward ????
    And you actually realise pretty quick if you’re dragging your arse 😉

    With that kind of out put I’d just be doing a steady morning walk for routine and mindset and no other direct cardio especially not intense.
    If everything is going to plan in terms of diet now ofcourse.

    Session was
    Shoulder press 2 sets
    Incline chest press machine 2 sets
    Pec dec 1 rest pause
    Close grip floor press 2 sets
    Job done
    Chest, delts and triceps 2 heavy sets for each and an extra pec dec set for chest.
    This was a perfect session for how I’m feeling.
    Lift big and go home ????????

    Got push done today, still not 100%. I’d say I’m only 80% so volume was low again.
    I feel good enough to train now but more than 10 sets would bury me for a few days even on a push session lol

    Yeh we’ve agreed that rest days are better for a number of reasons. We’re planning on factoring blocks of rest periods into an 8 week cycle which will pretty much be 7 weeks on 3-5 days off.

    Hi DR Dean, do you think that anavar only is a viable first cycle for man? I saw a recommendation to use anavar as first cycle to learn how your body react to PEDs, also avoid the pain that is self injection for a first timer.

    Although very mild I would always use a testosterone injection for first cycle as oral only can shut natural production leaving you in an unhealthy balance when you end your course.

    Lying leg curl 1 5-9 1 10-12
    Machine squat 1 5-9
    Leg press 1 10-15
    Leg ext 1 15-20
    Laying dB ham curl 1 10-12
    DB RDL 1 12-15
    Adductor 1 8-12

    8 sets and that was all she wrote and all I needed today.

    3-4 more sets and I’d be back in a whole for a few days with this cold for sure ✌????

    Legs got done and honestly a few times in the session I felt battered only after a few working sets but that’s why I pulled back offs today on everything bar the first ex.
    The video will be great with some good take hikes around managing volume and knowing your own body, when to push and pull back to keep progressing ????
