Isn’t it amazing. I’ve never actually been scared of a session until I started logging them. Now I’m like, holy fuck, I’m gonna die. It’s a whole new world. And when training legs with Tom platz came up on the podcast, I was right there with James, the thought makes me sick! Lol. Good luck today Jamie!! Giant legs for a giant guy!

Simple man just around the without and if you need to drop more carbs the Pre Pre would fall first

Thanks brother really looking forward to pealing it all back now ???????? -
Of course, that’s why we build calories slowly and spread meals out whilst taking steps to enhance digestion and absorption

Rest day carbs lower for sure but a lot of factors determine how low buddy.
General activity, body composition, goal, insulin sensitivity and more. A case of finding what works for you or find a coach to teach you. -
Well guys today ended up another rest day.
Priority is still rest and getting food in. Tbh I was due a break so although it’s forced this week be my last break now bar a few days at Christmas until I compete.
Gotta make sure I’m 100 For filming legs Thursday???????????????? -
Honestly best practice is try and set a meal for this day that you eat every week. Cheat meals if we’re talking take aways in most cases or a boat load of sweets/chocolate are just recipes for disasters and cause more problems than there worth.
Burger and chips or steak and chips weighed out so you can track your complete week ???????? -
Fingers bloody crossed I’m good to train tomorrow!!
Been trying to get as much sleep as possible last few day’s, rest up and hydrate.
Feeling better today so should be Good tomorrow which highlights the importance of reading through an illness because I know people who have had this more than a week ???????? -
Another rest day today.
I’ll have another tomorrow and then hopefully this cold will be shifted and I’ll be ready to attack.
The end is near!! Of the off season I mean ???????? -

You don’t see turtle bellies on stage anymore because it’s heavily critiqued so people are a lot cleverer with there carb up timings and protocols for shows.
My top tip, always wear a belt on working sets ????????

On another note super happy with back development this off season ????????

Rest day today but going to put another rest day in tomorrow and potentially Monday sure to the man flu.
I’ve had a pretty good run this year in terms of steering clear of sickness bugs but this ones got me good.
So on the topic of training and illness I would always rest if I felt that it would have a negative effect on my session.
Guys it’s not hard to train when your ill, you don’t sweat it out but you will make it worse and prolong recovery so take a few days off and reassess ????????
