I think it depends on your goals buddy.
If the goal is to progress performance and muscle growth I’d say don’t even bother.
It’s the newest money making fad.
Yes eating less protein could be deemed healthier for an average person but not a trained person. -

Woke up with a sore throat feeling like I’m coming down with something god dam!
Been very much an illness year free year so far.
Didn’t miss pull today but after deadlifts I chopped of half the remainder of the session as just felt wiped!
Deadlifts were up tho so took something from the day atleast! -
It was push today and you can see from my Instagram things progressed 🙂
The very nice shoulder press at ultraflex last week was 6.5 pps for 8 and this week I had 7p for 6 good reaps

Very much needed rest day yesterday after legs.

Call me a snob but I’ve not drank from a tap for years, even when I go to a restaurant I ask for a bottle.
Probably from prep a little and being conscious of the chlorine and other minerals/substances in tap water.
Benefits aside tap water tastes better. Once you go back n all that -

Hey man weight was down as expected when I got home but I was all inclusive.
Basically ate 3 times a day and doubled up on food so tried to condense my calories into 3 meals.
I didn’t really track. I just tried to eat as much as possible and enjoy my break buddy ???????? -
Me and Jordan have discussed the plan for the rest of the year moving into next years prep and we think it’s beneficial to have a cruise through December to give the body a small rest before prep and restore any health markers that mite be out.
Looking forward to a break from jabbing to be honest!
Cruise will likely be 500 test and maybe a small amount of something else but tbh i’d be quite happy to run two shots of test a week, a 90’s contest cycle hahah yeh rightIf a cruise is 500mg & a little something else, which given your muscle mass and size is warrantable, what would a comp prep cycle look like? could you break it down in terms of, as the weeks go by do you taper up/ add in additional to compensate?

Definitely don’t just eat! Off season is prep in reverse simple as that.
Structure and discipline are required always -
