I’m 6ft 4 and am currently in prep , currently having two refeed days ( Sunday Monday) this week. 1200carbs daily. I’m feeling flat as a fart so need to have the two refeed days to fill me back out. But I find I struggle to look full a lot more than somebody who’s 2ft 6 Lololol [/quote]

I’m 325 and still need more, ofcourse it’s hard for us tall guys that why we are the absolute minority man.

Today’s push session went really well. New rotation is below, session flowed nice and smooth and definitely worth a shot.

Rest day today, first day of the 2 on 1 off legs off repeat.
Legs left me feeling beat but looking forward to crushing push tomorrow ????????????????

Today’s Leg session was the hardest for a while but in a very good way!!
Loved the set up and the session.
Squats felt great in Smith and managed to progress top set and back off.
Going from crazy all out squats to heavy ass leg press took some mental psyche but we got there ????
Session is deffo worth a try ???????? -
Me and Jordan have discussed the plan for the rest of the year moving into next years prep and we think it’s beneficial to have a cruise through December to give the body a small rest before prep and restore any health markers that mite be out.
Looking forward to a break from jabbing to be honest!
Cruise will likely be 500 test and maybe a small amount of something else but tbh i’d be quite happy to run two shots of test a week, a 90’s contest cycle hahah yeh right -

Jamie so I see you have a show set for 2020!! I notice you saif in the latest video you are like 8 weeks into cycle. will you Continue your cycle straight into prep or will you cruise some before you start a prep diet and cycle?
Plan is to cruise in December buddy heading into next years shows.
Not a massive break I know but better than nothing ???????? -

I would make maintaining strength in the cruise phase the first priority so that May mean keeping cals up.
Then when the next cycle commences use the drugs to recomp and hold muscle tissue. Maybe 4-6 weeks then push! -

He killed me in the first two exercises dam it. We will put it down to me going first hey Tim hahaWas a top session as always my man. Had to turn it up now carbs are back on menu didn’t I ???? Let the battle commence
