    Hope you had a killer weekend away with the Mrs.. I had written you in your last video (push day with the 186s) about how do I know to keep pushing in the offseason or pull back a bit. And you told me to throw some pics here in your log and you would advise. Wellllllll, I pulled up my pics at my leanest and took some recent pics over the weekend. And long story short, I answered my own damn question! 200 lbs shredded to 245 lbs, fat fucking blob in just 5 months. Yeah, i need to pull back for a bit. LMAO. Yeah, I’m much stronger, but very soft. I’m going to take November to pull things in. Thank you for taking the time. I certainly appreciate all that you do. Sorry for the off topic post. Thanks again.

    Think Regan should have got 2nd but Cedric was miles ahead, James solo routine with the cartwheels n shit was awesome! Well deserved 5th and with a longer prep he could have pushed for 3rd I recon.. hell yeah Jamie if you brought that tapered waist & front Lat spread to that stage you coulda done some damage fella ????

    I reckon top 6 yesterday for me would have been more than achievable! Can’t wait for next year!
    James killed it, routine shocked everyone, legend!!

    Cedric was a clear winner, Regan is looking good and will get better for sure.

    Glycogen restored buddy, get set for a great session and pump.
    Use these meals wisely in a bulk and still stay relatively lean and insulin sensitive.
    The fatter you get the less response these meals will have.

    Oats have a little too much fibre for post hence the slower digestion.
    Opt for an alternative, cereal, cereal bars, bagels and jam and have oats at other times of the day imo

    Man this is getting me excited for next year.
    I honestly think or should I say “KNOW I CAN HANG” with these guys!!
    Only guy in this line up I see making me look small is Cedric. He’s another level in this show.
    Regan great shape but flat.
    Juan is burnt out and looks tired.
    James looks very good for short prep especially very impressive.
    Max is big but a little unbalanced.
    What do you think guys.
    Where does the Giant fit?

    In prep I would go 1:1 when test dose is lower.
    If I’m hitting a gram test in the off season I wouldn’t advise matching the tren lol
    I’d probably suggest 5/600mg tren per week be most peoples top end doses.
    I don’t use tren in the off season as I can’t have anything that may hamper appetite.
    Always favour a higher test dose typically thou

    Stayed in the crazy bear hotel Beaconsfield last night. Amazing hotel and lovely little getaway from the off season stresses.
    Everything back on track today with the aim being to step on that pro stage next year and make one hell of an impact ????????

    Marathon runners jog for cardio, cyclists use the bike ????????
    You can’t not get fit going up and down some big ass hills ????????

    Got a cheeky weekend away this weekend.
    Going to the crazy bear hotel in BEACONSFIELD so I’ll take some pictures and let you know what it’s like.
    Lower back feels tight from dead’s.
    I’ll have today off and rest from push due to pec/delt injury and hopefully that will be ready to go again next time ????????

    Keep hitting numbers in your training sessions man, don’t lose strength and keep training session intensity high.
    Definitely a mindset thing here and you can get stronger in prep even in a deficit with the anabolics if used wisely.
    Also anabolics will obviously preserve muscle tissue.
    Ensure stress is low and you get enough sleep ????????
