Leg ext knees warmed
Pendulum 1 shit set

Seated calf 3 sets
All sets 1 work 1 back off unless stated -
Leg dayyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!
Session was good and saw progress across exercises preceding the pendulum.
Knees felt trashed by then tbh and failed to progress.
We all agreed that to keep progressing the lifts in the pendulum now it would become dangerous and counter productive so next rotation we will swap that out. -
Hey Jamie, what was the reasoning behind going 3 on 1 off with a lower volume? Why not 2 on 1 off 1 on off as most here run it?
Ask Kuba haha young gun wanted more frequency. Aim is more training days = more food = more growth in the simplest of terms. Not too much in it but tbh it’s mentally taxing having the 3 days in a row, especially when day 3 is legs lol

Gh is 12iu per day and I definitely have fat hands and puffed face from water retention but not much else in the way of sides tbh so all good.
Feeling nice and hard now 7 weeks in so the EQ is doing its job alongside the dhb. No complaints man ???????? -

As you can see I’m keeping volume purposely low. Around 10 sets for my main body part and then two to four for ancillary.
This is mainly to manage recovery doing the 3 on 1 off split as my old self just could not recover quick enough from much more.
Overall sets is up from increased frequency so think about that even you plan your own split and sessions ???????? -

Hanging leg raise
All sets one work one back off -
Check in day with all my clients today so busy day in the Laptop with a pull session in between.
Session went well tbf. Progressed on each lift and progressed my main compound with added weight and reps so very happy overall! -
Had a great day at PCA finals today.
Oscar and Tim nailed it!!
Tim was a prime example as well that condition rules over size. He brought a lovely package topped off with next level condition and grabbed 2nd in class 1 ???????????????? -
Jamie as a taller guy with longer limbs do you have trouble progressing with push movements ?
Have you had to discard certain movements because of this, or prioritise others ?Tbh buddy no, I may be an exception to the rule but push is probably my strongest session.
The only exercise I have had to eliminate in recent times is BB squat as my lower back just couldn’t take it.
I think everyone is individual but we shouldn’t set limitations on ourselves based on personal attributes.
I am proof that you can be very tall but still be very strong and grow a whole lotta muscle ???????? -

Killed legs earlier and went to see the Joker tonight which was very dark but I absolutely loved it.
The role played by the actor was exquisite ????????
