These results are just out of range, doctors will confirm that an alcoholic could have values 5-10x these.
Although we’d like things in range they are not a mile out and as Dean said elevation could be down to simply training.
Ensure you have a good liver supp like supp needs liver stack, whack water up and you’re good. -

I would take an ai for sure, aromasin will have least effect on lipid profile 25mg mon-wed-fri should be fine on this cycle.This is my first cycle yes. I’m going to drop the dose to 0.5 instead of 0.75 Sunday Thursday split as didn’t expect test levels to be so high.
I have bloods from when I was completely natural and liver results are the same. Do you recommend a liver supplement?

I would always take a liver supplement year round buddy on and off cycle. The liver does far more than process gear ???????? -

There’s no special exercises just a mix of the right ones performed well with heavy weights in a progressive fashion ????????

I wouldn’t bother man, a GDA has its place and is safe for a very very small percentage of difference.
If diets solid BG should be in a good place anyway and cardio timing is important hence why I prefer fasted cv -

Prime incline chest support row uni lateral
RDL
Chest support prime row plate load
Prime attachment pull down
Prime overhand pin load row
Rear delts pec dec
Shrug variation
Cable bicep preacher
Braced bicep single arm DB concentration curl 1 set
All other sets 1 work 1 back off
Rear delts was 3 sets -

Your diet at this stage should be depleting you as it sounds it is so run this diet the first part of the week as normal for your depletion and then head into some higher carb days to fill out. -
I’d implement rest day diet too buddy. Add carbs in places depending on activity level and what you have on.
