    Don’t use food snacks, will impact on calories/digestion/blood sugar.
    I’ll use flavoured green tea as a treat when I diet lol
    If your off season it’s still NO, pack out your meals so you don’t need to snack

    Depends on the person –
    I got shredded in 600g carbs and never lowered but I was using DNP at the time and my output was crazy.
    So many factors to consider there is no set number. EVER!
    You just keep chipping away and make sure output doesn’t drop in line with calorie drops or your making zero impact on your deficit

    If this is a product of lack of support and understanding for the lifestyle then the problem would only have kept recurring.

    As Clare says use the data you have acquired.
    Formulas can not be entirely accurate, they calculate based on the average person.
    Everyone is entirely individual.
    Increase calories in protein and carbs weekly or every two weeks slowly and just gauge progress.
    Look in the mirror and watch the scales and you can’t go wrong. Just be patient with your increases.
    2500 calories would be a good start ????????

    Rest day today
    Did a spot of car shopping, having the 640d has spoilt me for performance. Me and the wife share the 6 series and have a little banger run around which I get dumped in a lot because I don’t want her driving it.
    So I’ve been looking for a car for myself. Went though Audi’s, Mercedes and wasn’t impressed with the s5 or e400 3.0 petrol engines sooooooooo I ended up trying out an M4.
    Ermmmmmm SOLD ????????????
    Think I’m picking up my new car next week lol
    I’m so impulsive, my only concern is that if my arse gets any bigger it will not fit in the bucket seats ????????????

    Yesterday’s leg session was very good and saw progression across main lifts so very happy!
    Session –
    Glute bridge
    Laying ham curl
    Leg extension
    Pendulum
    Single leg press
    Seated ham curl
    All sets 1 work 1 back off
