• Your SPLIT is PUSH PULL OFF PUSH LEGS OFF OFF right?

PUSH PULL OFF PUSH OFF LEGS OFF Isn’t this more efficient than this?

instead of taking a weekend off in row, take off every other day

Maybe people who are younger with a higher rate of recovery or people who don’t train as hard can increase frequency. Mentally and physically I’ve never felt better.

hello big jamie, can I ask you why you tend to choose the tren in acetate form over the enanthate one? in terms of costs it also changes a lot.

Acetate being faster, you can pull it out quickly if you have any adverse effects and I just find it works better.

Off season use I’d maybe use enanthate but late stages of contest prep always ace

I’ve said time over, splits and frequency are completely person specific.
This is the hands down best I have ever felt, performed and recovered. I think the results speak for themselves no?

  • Hey guys so yesterday was a busy rest day

I had my clients come and train at my gym for the day like a bit of a team meet up. Was a really fun day.

Loving the daily changes now and can not believe we are 2 weeks out.

I fly in 8 days and can’t tell you how excited I am ?

On your most muscular with your hands on the hip, why you put one leg in front of the other, isn’t it killing the symmetry? ??
I like it

  • Things are really changing rapidly now mate! the look just gets better each and every time! How are you feeling mentally compared to last preps?

Hey Adam I’m feeling very good tbh pal.
Last prep we were definitely behind and played a much slower fat loss game plan which I just didn’t like. This time we’ve been ahead from the off and are 100% on track for all time best which settles your state of mind a lot.

    Are you natural or assisted?

Main reason I ask is because with assistance you could start pushing up cals super slowly from here and improve composition if you monitor output (keeping high) and train hard enough.

Naturally you are borderline, I’d like to see see abdominal definition at least before pushing back up.

Also just wondered would you go for a mini cut type approach or go a bit slower? Thanks!
Thanks man

I don’t really like the word mini cut. To me a cut is a cut, your still really aiming for the same bf to then push back up from.

Being natural a lower approach moving either way would be my call.
