Key with tanning is start earlier than later to allow tan to set in to skin and then you’ll have less likelihood of tan run off.

I wouldn’t mix brands as they use different oils and may clash. -
Big thing at the moment is managing volume and recovery keeping minimal volume in sessions to assist recovery in the early stages of the cycle ????????

Rest day today.
Tbh I’m still feeling pretty beat up from the weekends camp and being on my feet.
This is the first time ever I can actually remember ever struggling at a body weight in terms of day to day energy and mobility.
It may because I’m getting older lol or just because I’m heavier.
I know of heavier humans with smaller frames but I guess new territory is new territory.
Plan is to check in tomorrow am, discuss things with Jordan and probably hold this weight for a few weeks before any food push. -

At the minute we’re having 1 rdl session in pull every other rotation as RDL’s really do hammer me and find them very hard to recover from.
Today’s exercise of choice was a bent over row in a belt squat which felt super nice actually. -

I’m actually very surprised that after the weekend and being on my feet a lot plus having a very upset stomach since good Saturday evening my weight has not dropped at all.

Felt like the weekend put me in a bit of a hole man! Rest day yesterday and tried to rest and recoup, had a few baths and a good sleep. Still woke very tired.
Maybe training legs Sunday wasn’t the smartest idea but I’d rather train sometimes than deal with the psychology of breaking my training cycle.
Sometimes you have to trade off mental stress against physical stress. For those that feel like a certain event different from the norm put them in a bit of a whole it may well be a lot more advantageous to take the rest 😉 -
Jamie I know you had your bloods done with medichecks pre blast. which profile did you opt for and did you find them reliable and the profile you chose give you enough detail around kidney/liver cholesterol etc??

Not gonna lie I ain’t built for standing and all I did Saturday, Sunday was stand! Game over for legs and lower back!!
The smart me would have left the seminar Sunday and gone home and rested but the bodybuilder in me said fuck you its fucking leg day so I dug my self the biggest wankers whole I’ve been trying to climb out of all day haha

It’s leg day today and the big man James could be getting involved with me, Kuba and even Joe Ballinger so this could potentially be an awesome session!
Just gotta hope my right knee calms down as seem to have really hurt it somehow training back Friday ????????♂️
