Happy Sunday people!!
Feeling spent today lol
We had day one of the seminar with me, James and Kuba yesterday which went really well but man I forgot how taxing it was just literally standing all day.
At 316lbs that’s a lot of weight on the knees and lower back for 6 hours haha
So today I’ll be in a wheelchair or a mobile device of some kind ???? -

Morning check in with Jordan
316lb heaviest bodyweight ever and very happy with level of condition at this weight.
From behind I’m very soft but I’m always tighter from the front, just my genetics and we’ve both agreed pushing for 330 is a very likely and achievable possibility.
I’m excited 🙂 -
To combat lipids Jordan has said double dose on love heart and fish oil and we should be sweet ????????

Current health supp regimen:
Love heart 2am 2pm
Cure coming 2am 2pm
Halcyon 4am 6 post training
Liver stack supp needs 4 am and pm
Kidney stack supp needs 4am and pm
Fish oil supp needs 1am and pm -
Blood work is back in Ck is high as I trained the day before but everything else other than lipid panel/cholesterol is in a good place so very happy with these results and shows the all round benefits of using health supplements to progress in the sport as safely as possible.

on you diet you simple write fats, what sort of fats are you having?

Session was really good today, strength is coming back nicely.
Session was –
Atlantis lateral machine 1 work 1 triple drop set great pump to begin, flush muscle and prepare it for compound lift
Seated military BB 1 work 1 back off
Hammer strength incline chest 1 work 1 back off
Prime close grip press 2 sets 1 work 1 back off
Pec dec 3 sets 10-12
Standing single arm cuffed lateral 2 sets 10-12
Cable e-z bar front raise 2 sets 12-15
Double rope pull down 3 sets 12-15
Hammer strength tricep machine 1 set 15 -

Winstrol I typically bring in 6 weeks out for clients at 25-50mg am and pm client dependent. Dosage depends on a lot of factors person specific. I’d have no issue bringing that in for all comps now.
Halo is more toxic though and added with winny would increase the overall toxicity of cycle.
Pics aren’t the best for showing leg condition but it appears you still have some to come off lower half particularly from behind so I’d say work on dropping the water/fat here in run up to show 1 and 2 and introduce for show 2+3.Halo could be run 1 week out from third show at 20mg am/pm and then right through to final show.

Being taller always position your feet toward the edge of the plate so you don’t have too much knee travel over the toes and use a foam roller across your upper back so that you can force hips back into the lower pad.Watch mine and Kuba’s leg video, we use it in the pendulum.
Sports massage and stretching may help also.

So this is not your conventional hack squat. This is a linear Hack Squat. Do you follow me and @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen on Instagram? Go find our videos using this machine. We use an extra pad for the mid back so that you c an drive hood back.

Did you watch mine and Kuba’s leg video with the pendulum using the foam roller across the traps. Same principal of forcing hips back making body posture much better for the movement. [/quote]

Make sure your diet is nailed down 100% to ensure BG is in a good place on waking.
You have no place for insulin Pre cardio.
Another thread asked about a GDA Pre cardio and this could be used if money isn’t an issue.
If your careful what you spend use a GDA for meals only.
Insulin is definitely not a short cut to fat loss.
