I only count macros so in my eyes bread and bagels you only need to factor the carbs.
Get 45g protein direct from chicken or another whole protein source ????????
The only time I’d factor in more than one macro per food item is in fatty meat like salmon or steak where I’d account for fats and proteins.

Rest day today –
Mostly chilled and making sure I’m up to date with clients and other work.
Did go out for a nice steak with the wife, we have a place we go every rest day for a steak 😉
I don’t like to cram too much into rest days it’s really just about trying to relax and recover in the main.

I often do the lat injection as there’s a nice bit of meat there, my partner does it as it’s a bit of a stretch but this is where your aiming ????????

Being taller always position your feet toward the edge of the plate so you don’t have too much knee travel over the toes and use a foam roller across your upper back so that you can force hips back into the lower pad.Watch mine and Kuba’s leg video, we use it in the pendulum.
Sports massage and stretching may help also.

This weeks training was finished off with a pull session today at ultra flex and felt very nice.
Man do I feel beat up now tho!!
