So blood test has been done at last and awaiting results mid week.
I’m going to start my cycle tonight all the same 🙂

Another bit of help I wanted to put on here was people often ask how to split up and dose your cycle through the week.
I always feel more often injections even with long esters keep blood work as stable as possible ????????
So here is how I will split my 2.5g cycle
750 test – 3 x 250mg shots
700dhb – 4 x 175mg shots
500 npp and eq – 4 x 125mg shots of each
Injection days –
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
Only consideration will be to do 5 shots of dhb instead of 4 if pip is bad off 1.75ml injections.

And it’s defiantly one of the best cycles I’ve been on as the water retention is minimal and the gains just keep coming week to week in the gym. I had two questions for you though, I saw in your diet you do the pre slin and in your pre meal you have a cookie (which I’m assuming has a little bit of fat) as well as your first meal is pretty high fat. Do you take your lantus after your first meal or before as it doesn’t have carbs? Also I’ve been told to avoid fats why on insulin especially faster acting and was wondering what your thoughts on that were as you’ve worked with both millos and viz I’m sure your knowledge on the subject is second to none. Looking forward to seeing what 230+ lb looks like on you and maybe one day I can be a tall bodybuilder like you as well lol.

Hey Thomas glad to hear your cycle is going strong buddy.These things are obviously dependant on each individual paying particular attention to body fat levels, of body fat levels are higher let’s say 15-20% definitely only use insulin with carbs.
But if everything is in a good place and with it being off season a little fat won’t hurt especially Pre workout as the calories will likely be expended and metabolic rate heightened.Lantis will be done on waking as it does kick in slower, fats wont bother it or have a detriment to physique of above principals with bf apply and carbs will be stored in plentiful supply having a high carb diet and in particular juicy meal Pre bed ????????

As Meg says don’t increase the amount thinking there calorie free, everything needs accounting for and monitoring ????????
Closer to show of cut to 1 and even closer especially last week cut sauces and sugar free items ????????

Session was chest dominant!
With push I will alternate between chest and delt dominant
On the dominant body part day I will perform no compound lifts on the secondary muscles only isolation so main emphasis on progression can be even more selective ????????
Incline dB press
Flat machine press
Dips weighted
Pec dec
Cuffed lats
Tricep rope pull downAll sets one work one back off, cuffed lats was one set rest paused and pec dec was first set 5 second hold on each stretch 2nd set normal reps.
Session felt real nice and felt great through the workout on 2 scoops prepare 🙂

First push session back from the holiday felt really nice tbf and went in for the kill on 150lb incline DB first ex for a solid 10. Definitely not a pb but it tells me strength and performance are in a very good place ready for next cycle 🙂

Have you tried subQ shots before to prevent scar tissue build up? That’s a lot of oil
I havn’t tried sub q shots no buddy, I’m not sure if you could even sub Q that much oil a week haha

all this hugely helps – ive got a build up i the glutes of scar tissue and delts always end up pretty sore for me… lats or quad is my next port of call however everyone says quads are awful haha,
Wil pluck up the courage for lats! Unfortunately not as much tissue there as you though!
I hate legs too tbf but everyone is different bud, good luck with lats I’ve found it very nice ????????

Post training we want rapid absorption and water passes through the stomach lining and digests much quicker than milk ???????? -

Thought I’d put this up here as I sent this to a client to help him rotate his shots.
I often do the lat injection as there’s a nice bit of meat there, my partner does it as it’s a bit of a stretch but this is where your aiming ???????? -

Glute bridge machine
Leg extension
Ham curl laying
Linear hack
Precor leg press my favourite leg pressAll 1 working 1 back off with an extra back off on leg ext and leg curl just to juice the volume slightly.

First leg session back from holiday after 2 weeks off destroyed me and you can see I didn’t hit a great amount of volume.
Everything’s hurting today haha
Put the linear hack squat in this time as our main working move alongside Precor leg press which felt really nice after a little pad was added in the mid lower back to help the glutes sit further back like we showed in the last leg video on pendulum.
This session was focused around Pre exhaustion followed by compound moves which felt really nice.
Training this way is very sensible after a small layoff as your going to be super warm and back of the top weights just slightly to avoid injury.
Really looking forward to pushing so real big sessions now 🙂 -

Some people will say that so many compounds would compete at the receptor sites and some may be wasted, is there any truth to this do you believe Jamie? is that what the proviron is in there for, to lower SHGB or is that a different thing entirely?
The proviron may serve a small purpose toward that but I like to keep it in to maintain sex drive and performance mainly haha ????????♂️
I feel dam good on it let me tell you plus the estrogen aspect may deal with a small amount of water retention from the skin and gh.
I believe compounds in moderation will still thrive and you may argue this is not moderation but smaller and larger cycles with 2-4 compounds will still be very effective in my opinion.
Again it depends what level your at and if you’ve done many cycles in the past. 4 compounds is a high level cycle.
3 compounds is nice as you can still gauge what’s doing what and remedy issues easier ????????
