    Seems kinda similar to Kuba’s current cycle Jamie.

    Personally, I know a ton of upper level amateurs/pros who always push into that 2-4g echelon of cycles. And at that time, I like to say it’s dictated on your past cycle experience, body weight and heaviiiillly on how well your body handles drugs. It’s so damn personal with that stuff.

    I like the slightly under 1g test + 2-3 moderately dosed other compounds cycles though. I usually rotate one around the 8-10 week mark though.

    Other than the AAS, I’m damn interested to see how you do with that slin and GH dose dude. 16iu is no joke haha. Also, what’s the plan for the Lantus? Is it an every training day thing or just a weak body part addition? I did a good 5-7 week run of lantus (ONLY on push days) ramping up the dosage every week during my last blast. I think if I were to do it again (currently in offseason now and just not too sure if I’m going that same route yet) I’d probably plan it a little differently.

    Hey buddy your definitely right, I think where my bodies development is at now it requires more drugs to keep progressing. Hopefully I can handle 2.5g and we may try pushing 3 with the rotation of 1 or 2 compounds as you said.

    Lantis is going to be a training day thing and I think/hope it will allow me to keep pushing food with no issues with digestion and appetite ????????

    We will see how it all plays out, managing the water retention on the slin and Gh will be interesting ????????

    Hey man so in this cruise phase we ended up taking out some working sets and removed all intensifier sets like rest pause so overall volume was much lower to match recovery capabilities.

    We will keep the same and make first priority strength and recovery then when both of those are good we will play with more volume ????[/quote]

    Sounds good. I’ve been struggling to recover from some of the sessions lately while we’ve been on this cruise probably because of the Rest Pause etc. I’ll bear that in mind for next time to take some of those out. Thanks big fella

    First session back yesterday got me in all kinds of aches and pains haha

    2 weeks off really isn’t advisable – or you should at least try and ease back in, something I am not very good at.

    I didn’t go 101% crazy yesterday maybe only 99% haha which was way more than enough.

    Rest day today then we hit legs tomorrow.

    Wish a brother luck ????????

    Personally I would try and hit 200g protein per day.

    Keep everything else the same and then track progress week to week on the scales and by taking photos your self.

    You can also measure your waist and go off how clothes fit.

    Monitor output by keeping a step count of your general activity and add cardio if things stall.

    You don’t need more carbs for your goal unless large weight drops occur last week 2/3

    Weight may drop 5-6lbs the first few weeks but this will largely be water.

    This is for you but you can both take note of the advice as your goals are the same and bodyfat is in the region where fat loss is your main aim whilst considering muscle preservation.

    Do you take whey protein away with you, I go away In 2 weeks after dieting down to a low bodyfat with the gf and I’m already thinking I hope I don’t ruin my rebound by blowing up the 4 days I’m away,

    You can do buddy absolutely a good whey to get a few clean meals in 😉

    What benefits have you seen from DHB?

    Hard to say yet as early days and low dose of only 300mg. I have progressed lifts this cruise so could have been a factor but we will see more in weeks to come.

    Yes the cycle is large – to me anyway, this will be the largest cycle I’ve ran to date but there is enough reward to warrant the risk in my eyes.

    Imo opinion this is not a cycle that any average gym goer should be attempting or any lower level competitor.

    High end amateur with the possibility of turning pro with a number of years cycling different compounds already. There’s just no need to jump into a cycle like this unless you’ve been doing it for years and have huge goals that mite warrant its place.

    So here it is –

    750mg test – more test = more water retention and possibly appetite suppression so 750 is starting orders

    700 dhb a very nice compound I’ve been using through this cruise

    500 EQ

    500 npp

    25mg am/pm proviron

    T4 100mcg pm to counter act t3/t4 down reg from Gh

    Gh ansomone trying 4iu x 4 shots a day total 16iu daily training days 8iu rest days – will assess water retention and go from there.

    40iu lantis slow slin

    6iu rapid slin Pre 10iu post

    25 aromasin eod

    Let’s see how this goes ????????

    dammmm that’s a sexy looking cycle. Can I ask what lab of the DHb you are using and if the jabs are painful or ok? Something I havnt used yet but want to in next growing phase.
