    As people have already said recovery is person dependent but you can definitely gauge progression and if this continues to be good then no need to change.

    When progression stalls that is one sign of in adequate rest.

    Ensure you are doing everything you can to rest and recover on off days.

    Baths
    Stretching
    Massage supplements
    Sleep
    Hydration

    Good luck, point to note don’t over complicate this. We can get bogged down with the complexities and forget to just listen to our bodies and train fucking hard!

    Eat clean period!!

    Think of the foods use and digestibility it should be in your diet for a reason. What’s your goals? Increase performance or get fat?

    Calorie dense meals can be utilized once per week on a rest day imo to assist recovery and mental focus.

    Fuel your sessions with easily digestible carbohydrate and protein sources.

    Shit food will only ruin your digestion and your session.

    Track calories weekly and change based on performance, recovery and overall look.

    Had a great day filming with Rebecca Andrews today – a day in the life for the site coming soon.

    We managed to fit in a massage, food shop, beauty treatment ???? what’s in the giants fridge and some nice information to boot.

    Should make a great video.

    Tomorrow I’m heading to Leeds for a sampling session. I’ll post details to my IG in the am ????????

    Rest day today –

    I’ve started today with breakfast and a bath to try and get some blood in these legs.

    Feeling very sore already after yesterday.

    Today I have Rebecca Andrews coming over for a day in the life video for the site so that should be fun 🙂

    Your only doing 3 sessions to start with so increasing sessions per week could be a card you can play further on to increase calorie output.

    Cardio wise start 20mins daily light intensity and monitor loss.

    Increase duration of LISS cardio by 5-10 minute increments until I’d say 40-45 mins in one sitting.

    If you stall there’s always HIIT which is super intensive and effective.

    So as Kuba said as you go through the fat loss phase look at increasing duration and intensity.

    I never swan the top of my vials but best practice would tell you too.

    I just keep mine in a cupboard.

    As long as you swan the injection site and use fresh needles each time you should be cool.

    Swab vial to be extra safe.

    Leg extension
    Hack squat 1 work set 8-12
    Single leg press
    DB lying curl
    Hyper extensions
    Calf raise

    All sets 8-12 x 2 sets unless stated

    0 forced reps

    Yessss!!

    Legs went down at M10 Notts with Kuba and Jimmy.

    Great session to be honest.

    This cruise has been great, we’ve managed to progress and recovery through this phase when the aim was to merely maintain performance at best.

    The key has been programming and volume, taking away intensifiers like rest pause sets and taking no sets beyond failure.

    Today we performed a top set on hack squat with no back off.

    When you understand your own recoverability you will be able to program sessions so you can progress year round.

    Sometimes we simply just do too much!!

    I’m surprised no ones mentioned cabre.

    As Joes said above NPP is in a drug group with others like deca and tren that raise prolactin which are counteracted through a different pathway.

    Carbre at 0.5mg twice per week should be all you need. A mid cycle blood check should support this.

    Nolvadex is ok but relatively mild, if your sensitive to aromatising steroids like testosterone you may need to add in arimidex and you could try aromasin as mentioned above.

    All these should be added starting at a minimum and working up.

    Aromasin 12.5 eod and arimidex 0.5mg eod

    I believe we’re heading to M10 in Nottingham for a little change of scenery. A great gym with top equipment so we should be down for a very good session 🙂

    Hi Jamie.

    Great log, forgive me if I’m wrong but my understanding is you have built most of your muscle being a higher volume guy, especially with legs ( obviously still progressing weights over time )
    How have you found it switching to Jordan’s approach of mostly two working sets of 5-9 and 10-15?

    How are your joints holding up and general recovery?

    Have you managed to progress the weight lifted by much since starting with Jordan?

    Hey buddy yes you are correct I’ve always trained instinctively and performed your general style of 3-4 sets of 8-12 without tracking progression.

    I’ve attempted log booking in the past but never stuck by it, largely due to training with others that don’t support the idea. If your going to try this method you need to do it with all your focus and that may mean training alone.

    Since beginning the program I am definitely at my all time strongest but I know I have more in the tank especially when I hit my next cycle.

    So like anything in bodybuilding these things take time but I am certainly enjoying the approach and surrounded by like minded people which really helps.

    I already feel thicker and fuller in certain areas which were weak before. I am managing my recovery as best I can which is holding me up nicely even without the support of a cycle and with no major aches or pains.

    So all in all it gets a big thumbs up from me and I’m very excited to see what is left behind when I hit the stage next year.

    In any case medical advice and examination required if pain persists.

    Cheers for reply Jamie, haaaaa I don’t think there’s enough meat on me yet to be jabbing lats etc ???? I’ve got a target weight I want to hit befor I even think about jumping on the ped ship man, want everything to be in place too

    Who’s good for the blood checks now prior to a course to get levels ?
