    Your way would have worked if you just kept repeating the microwave and stir ? the kettle heats the water just like the micro. I’m not trying to trip you up here ?

  • Changed my routine around slightly guys as I’m finding I’m literally just waiting to eat to go to bed now and waking super early so here’s new routine.

    430 wake
    530 meal 1
    7am walk 4K steps
    8am meal 2
    1030am meal 3
    1.30 pre meal
    2.30-5 train
    5.30 post
    8-8.30 meal 6
    9 bed

    Total steps for the day minus training steps are 8k

    Post cardio 20 mins stepper

    Not weighing in just checking in each morning with jordan. Extra condition and details coming through daily and I fly to Bahamas in less than 2 weeks so plan is likely fill back up a little tomorrow on rest day and then a huge push to get the last bit off ready to cruise in and fill in Bahamas ??

    We are simply going off look and what’s working and being a long potential run at shows we are being mindful of no orals right now to stay fresher

    It’s hard to say without being there and you have 8 years on me bud 😉

    BUT I do think to a degree you are right and at a certain point you will find it very hard to make progressions in size without there being a higher risk on your health

    This is all on the basis that all boxes are being ticked with living the life and you have all bases covered – training, drugs, food, output, sleep, stress management, supplementation, rest.

    There are many variables and some that likely have scope for progression so set about making them all perfect and if it still yields little progress I’d say your done getting bigger

  • Drove to watch Josh compete today in the 2 bros Mecca classic. He won supers and bagged the overall so a very good day in deed.
    Training together has defintely paid dividends this last year and I’m looking forward to showing off my improvements in 3 weeks time.
    I actually fly 2 weeks tomorrow and getting very very excited now!!!
    My patience for normal life is very low, attention span very short and nothing interests me apart from eating, training and wanting to go to sleep so I can wake up again and chalk off another day lol
    Sad but all too true guys.
