So in future ask before you do anything, that’s why you pay a subscription and you’ll receive the best advice with respect for asking before doing something silly.
As above say go to Dr deans Instagram for pct.

Has the pain come out of no where or following a session/incident that caused any discomfort at the time.
In any case medical advice and examination required if pain persists.

Looking HUUUUGE, you’re going to be a scary sight to be seen a couple months into your blast!!
Let’s say you maxed out on bench press, switched to dumbbell press and maxed out..
Do you then revert back to bench press or switch to another movement?
If you did switch to another movement, how many rotations before you go back to the bench press?
I’d switch to a machine press or Smith machine buddy. Similar but different 😉
I’m confident I could progress for upto 2 months before rotating back to the original exercise.
If you have a big gym with a variety of equipment you should have huge scope for exercise selection before reverting back.

Yesterday’s push workout saw me put a few new exercises in at my gym which brought about a good point.
When and why to change exercise selection.
Obviously you have the one where you’ve squeezed every ounce of progression out of that lift. Imo most people change because of this way too soon, you should be in one rotation for at least 2-3 months to see your maximal progression. Most people just get bored or start to mentally struggle with how hard the exercise is becoming.
Yesterday my reasoning was the above, it had been in for about 3 months but biggest thing was that I felt the connection with the target muscle in the exercise was suffering even being able to control the weight well.
So if something doesn’t feel right and your not benefiting from a certain exercise, swap it out.
This is how I set up yesterday’s session –
Incline BB
Smith shoulder press
Flat DB press
Lat raise machine
Close grip bench
Cable skull crushers
Standing calf 3 sets 10-15
Abs 3 sets hanging leg raiseAll other exercises 1 set 5-9 and 12-15

Loving your training videos Jamie, your looking enormous WTF have you been cruising on , just started a 8 week cruise on test E 250, something I’ve never done before, it’s definitely helping mentally if nothing else.
Have you got your blast cycle planned, was wondering if your including Masteron as that seems to be a popular compound for bulking at the min.
RegardsJames.
Hey buddy my cruise is 400 test 300 dhb, I still feel very good tbh, strength is still high and I’m managing my recovery well ????
My blast will include these compounds I just have to run it by the boss but I want to shoot for a gram of each. I’ve never done big cycles and I’ve heard good reports on DHB as an off season drug with similar qualities to EQ and primo.
We will see very soon.
Blood will be done next week ????????
Thanks for the reply buddy
Looking forward to seeing what happens on the blast considering how enormous your looking now .
Think I’ve left it a bit late to start packing the size on, at 41 think I’m gonna have to get the board shorts out ????
It’s never too late buddy ????
Your in the right place for the information anyway ????????
I can’t wait to blast either ???? -
Hey there, seems to be a hell of a lot of fake Lilly and Pfizer’s about at the minute. If you can touch them for anything less than £220 I’d be very cautious.
The ansomone If ordered direct seems the popular choice to be safe at present.

Hey man looking on point for a off season in your photos
Just curios man you know when your blasting I’m guessing all you Lot don’t pin in the glutes? I’m natural at the min but it scares the shit out of me thinking about jabbing my shoulders etc, well not scares me just makes me overthink ????

Everyone has different preferences with sites. I like glutes but jabbing them Pre contest is out and I find if I jab them in off season I get break outs around the sites, only place this happens.
I love jabbing delts but you must rotate between I’d say 3-4 sites to avoid scar tissue build up and a knock on to further issues.
Rear delts and lats are good sites for me too with the wife’s help.
It’s just a case of manning up if you want to make the jump buddy.
Of course with our advice you can do it as safely as possible ????????

As Hilly said for now avoid anything that aggravates it.
Work towards bringing exercises back in.
I’ve had long term lower back issues and I continue to do anything I can to allow me to load my posterior chain.
Squats are still out but I can RDL now pain free and have a lot less pain!
Stretching is key, don’t be lazy with it. A lot of the problems generate from tight glutes and hamstrings so make them a priority.
Yoga I’ve been wanting to try but not got round to it yet.
I have sports massage every week which I appreciate is an extra cost but well worth it, once every two weeks is minimum I’d advise.
And last but not least every back and leg day I have a hot bath after to release some tension and increase blood flow. I’ve been having cold baths to aid inflammation also.
Hope some of that helps ????????
Yeah I think maybe I’m going to have to pull out some heavy squats and rack pulls for a bit and see how it goes. Thanks for the help.
In terms of stretching would you typically do this after a weight sessions or prior? Or even a fair bit of time away from training? Also what do you think about foam rollers?
Will have to try and book in a couple of massages aswell ????
I don’t think you can stretch too much pal, optimal would be am, Pre and post training and before bed.Just be careful stretching cold, ease into it stretching a little harder each time ????????

As above really buddy, exercise selection looks good but gotta feel it out, assess progressions and recovery over a few rotations and then you can tweak if necessary ????????

Today is a rest day, feeing pretty beat after legs so think it’s down for a Sunday chill day ????????
Cruise is going well. But like us all can’t wait to get back in cycle and really push haha
This phases are key tho guys, it’s essential to our progress and health to have periods where we come off/cruise and make sure we’re healthy before carrying on.
Progressive overload training is very taxing on the body and CNS but you can definitely manage exercise rotation, volume and recovery to allow for constant progression with safety.
Enjoy your Sunday 🙂

Yesterday was leg day.

Trap bar dead lift
Single leg lying curl

Abductor 2 sets 15

I am only on 500mg sust 300mg tren e. I take 4-6iu slin before workout with at meal with 100g carbs . My bodyfat is around 6-8%. I get crazy pump i my back with other exercises but not like in rdl is another level.!
So your quote lean and get pumps on other exercises, unfortunately this is direct on your lower back so will pump more.
I would put a post in the forum section asking everyone’s advice on dealing with lower back pumps, there may be a few guys with direct experience here ????????
